However, we respectfully disagree with your comments about the area. The property is located in SE1, a well-maintained and sought-after neighborhood, very close to iconic landmarks such as The Shard, Borough Market, and London Bridge. The location is clearly provided to guests before booking, and we encourage guests to research the area to ensure it meets their personal preferences. Regarding the shower, there is a pole with a holding loop where the showerhead can be rested, so it is not necessary to hold it by hand. We were not aware that you may have been unsure how to use this feature. If we had known, we would have been happy to assist by providing instructions during your stay. We also hope that despite your disappointment, you appreciated the assistance we provided with the arrangements for your luggage before your check-in. Lastly, we are surprised by this feedback, as it significantly contradicts the consistently positive reviews we have received about both the property and the neighborhood across various booking platforms. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments.
