The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all utensils & appliances, ideal for your morning tea or coffee. An extra WC is located at the living room on the ground floor. The property has a bright and spacious interior and offers all modern comforts such as a flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and streaming services, air-conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi internet access. The wide windows allow the Ionian sunlight to intrude inside all the areas, creating a unique atmosphere. Outdoor areas feature spacious furnished verandas, sunbeds, dining table, and outdoor parking for up to 2 cars.

The amazing white pebbled Beach of Kerassia is only 150 meters away. It takes around 3 minutes to walk down to the beach where there is a lovely little taverna and a cafe right on the seafront. Agios Stefanos, the renowned and picturesque fishermen’s' quaint harbour, is at the adjacent bay. There you can find shops, cafes and tavernas, all looking at the calm sea and wooden jetties. You can hire motorboats here and explore the hidden beaches and inlets only accessible by boat! The fishing villages of Kalami and Kassiopi are 5 and 6 km away and the lively shops, bars and restaurants of the old town of Corfu are only 32 kilometers away. Everything is very easily accessible on foot while in the areas of Kerassia and Agios Stefanos (Sinies) for those who love trekking.
