Alors la Villa Paraiba est la solution exclusive pour vous ! Située sur l'une des plus belles routes panoramiques de l'île, la résidence vous offre un jardin de 1 hectare planté d'une piscine privée et d'espaces de détente où vous pourrez vous relaxer et profiter de la beauté de la nature.

La Villa Paraiba se compose de deux niveaux et d'une dépendance située dans la propriété adjacente, qui peut accueillir six autres personnes si nécessaire, soit un total de 18 personnes, dont 12 personnes dans la villa principale et six personnes dans la dépendance.

Au rez-de-chaussée de la villa, vous trouverez six chambres, dont cinq doubles et une chambre avec deux lits simples, et trois salles de bains (une avec une baignoire normale et deux avec une douche).

Toutes les chambres de lit sont équipées de la climatisation.

Au premier étage, en revanche, se trouve la salle de séjour avec coin TV, coin repas et cuisine équipée, ainsi qu'une terrasse avec chaises longues, table à manger et barbecue où vous pourrez déguster de délicieuses grillades en regardant la mer.

La dépendance, quant à elle, est divisée en deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un coin repas et une cuisine équipée, un salon avec coin repas et une chambre double avec salle de bains. Au premier étage, en revanche, deux chambres doubles vous attendent avec une petite terrasse d'où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la mer et du panorama.

Quartier calme, proche d'Alghero et de la plage de Speranza. Alghero est à environ 4 kilomètres et une voiture est nécessaire. La mer est à 800 mètres à vol d'oiseau. La plage la plus proche se trouve à environ 3 km.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre Alghero et la plage.

Delightful Alghero

Villa Paraiba was a perfect holiday stay for our large family. We had stayed nearby previously and we love the area and Alghero town, with its wonderful streets and plentiful restaurants, bars and Gelateria! The Villa is remote enough to feel very secluded but close enough to make runs into town or nearby beaches in 10-15 minutes. But a hire car is essential and the Villa has plenty of parking spaces. The Villa is very large with all 6 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms being on the ground/underground floor. The upstairs is a wonderful open plan living/eating space that has access to the lovely pool and outside dining/sitting area. The views of Capo Caccia and the sunsets were spectacular from the villa. Pietro was there every morning to clean the pool and carry out any jobs necessary around the property. Giulio was always available via WhatsApp to provide tips or any extra requirements and was very responsive and helpful. We wanted for nothing and felt very well looked after. We would happily recommend both the villa and the area. We had a lovely stay.

Some issues…

The villa is large with private grounds and plenty of parking space. We enjoyed using the pool and spending time on the patio area. Inside the property is well used with some furniture quite tired and worn and fixtures and fittings in the kitchen needing attention. Air conditioning is limited to just three of the bedrooms downstairs and therefore did not benefit the communal areas. Various fans were provided but in the peak summer heat it was very uncomfortable overall. The other three bedrooms are on the lower basement level and had very little natural light and ventilation making them feel damp and smell musty. Our host Giulio was easily contactable via whatsapp but we did not meet him in person. We had issues with the electricity tripping for the first few days of our stay which although was not directly caused by the villa, it was very frustrating as we had been asked to pay up front for our electricity usage. Pietro the pool/maintenance guy was there most days and was pleasant to talk to, he also helped us with some trash removal at the end of our stay which was appreciated.

Perfekt til vores familie

Villaen var perfekt til vores familie! Vi var afsted med 3 generationer, og vi nød virkelig at der var plads om bordet - både ude og inde - til,os alle 12. Vi var heldige med vejret, og Poolen var et skønt samlingssted for os alle. Der var os god og daglig kontakt til Pietro - poolmanden. Vi giver gerne vores bedste anbefalinger!

Siamo stati in questa magnifica villa per troppo poco tempo ma speriamo di tornare quest estate per rivivere quei magnifici tramonti sul mare. Ringrazio Giulio per l’ospitalità e per averci fatto trovare la villa in condizioni eccellenti.

The ideal holiday home near Alghero

Swimming pool, a nice veranda and and beautiful house, garden and owner (he didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian, but we understood each other anyway:) . Close to the little town of Alghero with its ancient city centre and restaurants. Alghero and both coasts are only few minutes by car. An ideal house for a relaxing and active holiday in Sardinia. Thank you Carmelo from all of us.

War früher mal schön

Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit und der Qualität des Hauses nicht zufrieden. Als wir kamen war es schlicht dreckig und nicht geputzt, der Vermieter hat dann nach 2 Tagen (!) reinigen lassen. Der technische Zustand ist schlecht, Bäder sehr alt, Installation funktioniert nur teilweise (abgebrochene Griffe, Warmwasser nicht konstant...) Küche ist sehr abgewirtschaftet und war nicht sauber. Der Vermieter kündigte wohl für alles Abhilfe an, passiert ist aber wenig. Besonders schlecht ist das WLAN, trotz einiger Nachbesserungen hat es nicht wirklich funktioniert. Das Haus wurde uns vom Vermieter übergeben, er spricht weder deutsch noch englisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist die naheliegende Straße ein beliebtes Motorrad-Ziel, dadurch sehr laut. Meersicht nur sehr eingeschränkt. Die Terrasse, wo es einen schönen Blick gäbe, war wegen baulicher Mängel gesperrt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Like described, the House is 10 Minutes Outside Alghero. Magnifique villa et séjour impeccable

Cette famille italienne est vraiment très accueillante ! De nombreuses petites attentions et Giulio qui est toujours à l'écoute. Une présence très agréable sans pour autant être envahissante. Juste bien dosée... D'ailleurs toute la famille est plaisante. Le logement, quant à lui, était très propre, bien décoré, équipé correctement... rien à dire. Magnifique villa et séjour impeccable. Merci Giulio ! et merci à ta famille ! A une autre fois.

Amazing holiday

Words can't express how beautiful this location and apartment is. The photos simply do not do it justice. A wonderful place to stay. Incredible views beautiful garden. Quiet and luxurious space. Absolutely perfect. Giulio is the perfect host and looked after us when we needed it and provided a lovely food basket when we arrived. Maria was wonderful in replying to our emails in advance of our arrival and provided complete answers to all our questions and queries. We were so warmly welcomed on arrival and Giulio provided wonderfully insightful knowledge that only a local can. This ensured our stay was relaxing and in the rhythm of this picturesque part of the world. Highly recommended!
