Enjoy uninterrupted open views across the surrounding fields and countryside, together with a stunning new XL outdoor sauna featuring contemporary glazed walls, allowing you to relax while taking in the peaceful woodland and rural views.

Experience a whole new level of lodge luxury in this exceptional four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat, designed especially for larger families and groups. The cleverly designed layout offers the perfect balance of sociable living and personal privacy. At the heart of the lodge is a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, separating two identical bedroom wings. Each wing features a king-size master bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, making it ideal for two families or groups of friends wanting their own private space while sharing the impressive central living area.

Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a memorable stay, including a huge 75-inch Smart TV and a versatile games table that converts between a dining table, pool table and table tennis, providing entertainment whatever the weather.

Outside is where Spa Utopia truly stands apart. Positioned to make the most of its open countryside setting, the expansive outdoor entertainment area has been designed for relaxing and socialising in style. Unwind in your private XL outdoor sauna, an ultra-modern retreat with full-height glazed walls that frame the surrounding fields and woodland beyond. Soak in the large hot tub beneath the innovative tilt-and-turn gazebo, stretch out on our signature king-size cabana day bed, enjoy alfresco dining around the bespoke outdoor dining set with BBQ area, or relax beneath our largest designer gazebo with comfortable corner seating. A full-size outdoor table tennis table and atmospheric festoon lighting complete this exceptional outdoor space, creating the perfect setting from sunny afternoons through to evenings under the stars.

Parking is available directly outside the lodge for up to four vehicles.

Our luxury lodges range from cosy 1 and 2-bedroom lodges (sleeping 2–4) to spacious 3 and 4-bedroom options (sleeping 6–8). All lodges feature outdoor hot tubs, with many offering special extras such as outdoor saunas, pool tables, and retro arcade machines, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Every lodge is thoughtfully designed to deliver a truly relaxing getaway.

Families and four-legged guests are well catered for. Set within a woodland clearing, our new children’s play area includes swings, a trim trail, and picnic benches — perfect for relaxed family time outdoors. We also offer a new secure pet exercise field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe, off-lead play in a dedicated enclosed space, which has quickly become a guest favourite.

Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.

For walkers, the park sits directly opposite a Woodland Trust site, with immediate access to a network of short and longer-distance walks and bridleways, including the renowned Yorkshire Wolds Way, making it ideal for gentle strolls or more adventurous routes straight from the park.
