Large (attic) apartment in a quiet location

Our beautiful top floor apartment (72m²), with a great view of the horses from the neighboring riding stable, is the jewel among our apartments. Rustic wooden beams give the apartment a unique character.

The large L-shaped living room is the heart of the apartment. Here you can spend time together in the evening. Be it while watching TV from the sofa bed and armchair bed. Or while eating or playing at the large rustic dining table with its six comfortable suede chairs.

The small kitchen is fully furnished and has a new stove with induction hob and two separate refrigerators. The window shows directly to the paddock of the neighboring riding stable.

The spacious bedroom with double bed (1.80m) can be darkened with thermal blinds.

The second bedroom has two separate beds (0.90m). From the large skylight you have a great view over the town.

All our apartments have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the laundry room of the house, our guests will find a washing machine for common use and on the property there is a rotary dryer to dry the laundry.

The bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
There are nine flats in this apartment building on the outskirts of Droyßig. We rent out six of them as holiday flats. Our flats are attractively and functionally furnished.

Our spacious one-bedroom flat (40m²) has its own entrance at the back of the building. As soon as possible, a separate terrace will also be built for this flat. Already now you have a great view of the paddock of the neighbouring equestrian farm including the majestic animals.

Our large two-room holiday flat (64m²) on the ground floor has its own rear exit to the terrace. Through the kitchen you reach that beautiful place on earth where you can admire the horses in the neighbouring paddock already at breakfast time.

Our two-room holiday flat (55m²) on the 1st floor has a practical layout: The living room offers smart TV, two sofa beds and an extra dining area with a large dining table.

Our two-room holiday flat (53m²) on the ground floor has a practical layout: The living room offers Smart-TV, two sofa beds and an extra dining area. The particularly large kitchen window lets in plenty of daylight. This is a great way to start the day.

All flats have Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, smart TV and modern kitchens. On the spacious property there are enough parking spaces (also for sprinters), a barbecue area and a rotary clothes dryer. Two washing machines are available for our guests in the laundry room. In the direct neighbourhood there is a horse riding farm. Many of the flats have a direct view of the paddock and stables.
