Spacious comfortable home in quiet neighborhood close to Rome

Large, comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Short walk to bus or train to major attractions. Augusto, is a perfect host!!! Would stay here again.

Relaxing Neighborhood with Access to Rome

Lovely property and very accommodating. Wonderful neighborhood plenty of shops and access to Rome from a Metro stop. After a day a walking small streets with big crowds. I felt I could breathe and relax in this neighborhood and apartment. I am recommending for family when they travel to Rome.

Beautiful home & great hospitality

The place was beautiful! The location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but close enough to the metro that you could access the popular tourist spots. The host was so accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was ok and we were enjoying our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful with great restaurants, markets, and shops nearby. We visit Rome every year, and this will be our go to rental. Thank you Augusto!

we had a great stay in Rome the apartment was great and in a great neighborhood .. cute parks and great shopping and restaurants within walking distance ... away from the hustle of being in the city center and our host Augusto was great he even took us on a food tour that was amazing... I will definitely be back!..

with just 15 minutes by metro you can reach the Colosseum without changing lines, a top neighborhood, full of museums and unique architecture. We look forward to seeing you as soon as possible with other unique tours

Amazing

We stayed at Augustos place with my colleagues to attend a meeting at Centro Congressi Auditorium della Tecnica. It was really perfect location for that with restaurants, amazing shop and transport options nearby. The apartment was really perfect for us - spacious, clean and with two showers-toilets which are useful for bigger crowd! Augusto was very welcoming and superhelpful, so I hope we can see again next time in Rome and have that touristic visit we talked about! Thank you for everything!

Perfect Rome EUR apartment

We are frequent visitors to Rome EUR and stayed in this apartment for over one month. The apartment is ideally located in the center of the EUR district. The apartment is modern, clean, and exactly as represented. The owner is organized and check in was flawless. The building has a fantastic, live in door man and he was very helpful as well. While we drive our own car in Rome, both the underground and bus stations are very close if you choose to utilize public transportation to the Centro etc. All in all a perfect apartment in a great outer neighborhood of Rome.

Beautiful EUR

This place was the last leg of our 3-week trip in Italy. Communication with the owner was excellent. Although I prefer staying in center Rome (which we did the first few days we arrived in Italy), EUR was very nice and the property is in a prime location, close to everything. Our major disappointment with the property was the cleanliness. In the owner’s defense, he offered to send the cleaning lady the following day, but we refused.

Great place to be and very nice host

We stayed in a very comfortabel apartment with a lot of space for four persons. You will find everything you need, nice kitchen, bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms. A supermarket is around the corner, all you need, normal prices. The apartment is in a very nice part of Rome. Many restaurants in the area. You can reach the Metrostation in a few minutes and it is a 15-20 minute ride to the center, so Colosseum or Roma Termini. The host is very nice. He gave us a lot of information about Rome and some restaurants what was absolutely helpful. The check in and out was easy we got very detailed information about it. So thanks again!

Nice Place

Nice place. The kitchen did not have knives to prepare meals. Only one key set was provided and it made splitting up for day/evening activities difficult. Separate keys were needed to ended the building after the doorman left for the day. We traveled from out of the country and were not aware of Italian law regarding the need for all guests to submit IDs at check in. Should be more clearly that IDs are needed within 24 hours of check in regardless of when other guests arrive. Could be better stated in ad.

Hi John, it wasn't enough that I forgave you for not telling me that instead of 4 guests there were 6, and for not charging the extra for additional guests, but I also have to find a review made with resentment, full of falsehoods : did you ask me for the additional keys? no, but you found them without telling me anything (violation of the rules), the knives were in the second drawer on the left and are not displayed because Vrbo rightly urges you not to leave them visible to avoid accidents. did you ask me? no! documents are required everywhere in Europe and frequently throughout the rest of the world. those who do not require them for registration commit a violation of the law and usually do so because they scam Vrbo or other platforms. this rule is clearly present in the house rules, which you clearly have not read! did you ask me? no. Bad guests, BAD BAD BAD

Rome Working Holiday

I attended a conference a La Nuvola in Rome and my wife, daughter and son in-law travelled with me. We stayed at Renato’s property and could not have been more pleased. The location was within walking distance to the conference center, the neighborhood was lovely; plenty of shopping, a grocery store, and an assortment of restaurants. The Metro was a short walk away and downtown Rome was a short 15 min ride away, The property itself was lovely! We had everything we needed, even cooked dinner in one evening. The kitchen was great! Most importantly, Renato, was very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful when my wife’s luggage was delayed in arriving. Renato helped to coordinate with the condo’s onsite manager, Rosario (who was also a pleasure), to receive the baggage while we were on tour at the Vatican. Renato also provided an immense amount of information relative to the local area for sightseeing and dining. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!!

Magnifique appartement

Cet appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé pour visiter rome car il est à 10 minutes à pied de la station EUR PALASPORT de la ligne B. Après 5 arrêt, vous serez au Colisée et au cœur de Rome . Il est parfaitement équipé et l’accueil d’Auguste est idéal, il est de très bon conseil et très disponible si vous avez des questions . Si nous devions revenir , c’est sans hésitation que nous faisions le même choix . Julien et Delphine

Super Appartement, super Gastgeber !

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattetes Appartement in iner sehr guten Gegend von Rom. Die Bilder sind realistisch. In dre direkten Umgebung sind Cafes, Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt. 5 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen und unser Gastgeber war nett und hat uns mit Tipps zu Rom versorgt. Jederzeit wieder !

Magnifico appartamento arredato con grande gusto

In città per una fiera in Confindustria che ho raggiunto a piedi, tutto a disposizione, dal market, al cinema, ai tanti caffè e allo shopping, e la Metro a due passi. Tutti i comfort immaginabili e una Splendida Accoglienza. Poi il tramonto? La vista e questo splendido parco dove fare jogging la mattina. Tornerò presto.
