Great location! Great apartment! I do recommend this apartment. Overall experience was really good with the hosts, however, amenities within the unit were lacking. we Americans typically use more than one dish towel in the kitchen and run through more toilet paper than was provided in the time we were there (5 days).Also, we Americans like paper towels in the kitchen. So just be prepared to buy paper products if you are staying there for more than two days.

Hi Christine, thanks for your time in reviewing our property! The apartment is clearly listed as a pure rental, you also signed a contract that states that the apartment is a private apartment for residential tourist use. For legal and security reasons, we cannot provides goods of any kind. The cleaning company provides bed and bath linen and everything you need to start your stay. No apartments for rent allover the world have an indefinite supply of toilet paper, garbage bags etc. On the contrary, pure rental properties are delivered empty, without any basic necessities inside. We do not provide hotellerie services, in fact it is not advertised anywhere.

Great Location, limited supplies

We had a good stay at the apartment near the train station. The beds are comfortable but the other furniture is so uncomfortable and hard to relax on the couch after a long day in Rome. The elevator didn’t work one evening and on the day we checked out. We had to lug the luggage down from the fifth floor. Otherwise the location was perfect and the place was clean. It would be nice to have ample shampoo and conditioner.

great apartment-Great location near train

We were looking for a place close to the train station so we could get to the airport easily.This apartment fit the bill. There were also shops and grocery stores nearby.Inside the apartment, everything was brand new and very spacious.If there was one thing I would suggest, it’s to stock the kitchen better. There were very few cooking utensils suitable for use with non-stick cookware, no paper towels, and there were no basic pantry items like coffee, oil, salt, or pepper. Aside from this, everything from the location, check in, to cleanliness were perfect.
