The kitchen/diner includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area and a sitting room with open fire, games console, games, colouring books and 4 Smart TVs. Bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, with a shower room. There is a front lawn with furniture, an enclosed rear lawn and private driveway. Shop, beach and pub within 0.6 miles. Three pets welcome (please check garden size in photos). No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Wheelchair‑friendly; ramps for front and rear available on request (doors 2ft 6in). Outdoor wheelchair available; mobility scooter hire can be arranged. If unsure, guests should bring their own wheelchair. Trailer hire available. Front lawn is not enclosed. Alternative Christmas‑week check‑in may be possible on request. Property decorated for Christmas. Tumble dryer available at Morfa Nevyn (2 miles). EV charging is prohibited. Friday‑to‑Friday bookings only. Short breaks have to start or finish on a Friday.

Note: The property is wheelchair-friendly, and a ramp for both the front and rear of the property can be requested for greater accessibility (doors are 2ft 6' wide. Note: Guests can also contact the owner to arrange the hire of a powered mobility scooter for outside use only, there is also an outdoor wheelchair with safety belt and brakes but this not for indoor use it can only be used outside. If guest are unsure if this suitable they need to being their own wheelchair and please take note of the door width. Also if required a trailer for their vehicle for greater accessibility. Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Note: If you wish to book an alternative check in day to Friday during the Christmas week, please get in touch before booking. Note: Property will be decorated for Christmas. (There are tumble dryer facilities at the service station approx 2 miles away at Morfa Nevyn). Please note: The charging of Electric Vehicles is strictly prohibited as this is against insurance rules. This property only accepts Friday‑to‑Friday bookings. Reservations must fall within the same Friday‑to‑Friday week and cannot span across two separate weeks - Short breaks have to start or finish on a Friday.

Town: Nefyn, a charming seaside hamlet on the Llyn Peninsula's north coast, with a lovely two-mile stretch of sand beach that is well-liked by families. It is perched atop sweeping cliffs. The town is close to the facilities of the well-known towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch and offers a decent selection of stores, bars, and restaurants. There are fishing, sailing, and water sports accessible, and the area's coastline is lined with castles and coves. A 25-mile drive will bring you to the Snowdonia National Park, known for its stunning landscape and numerous excellent hikes. Nefyn is an excellent place to stay when on vacation because it is so close to so many different places.
