My family and I stay at Guys lovely house as often as we can, so there’s nothing really to add. It’s just a perfect place for our getaways with the kids and the beach right on the doorstep.

Guy is a great host. The communication and information provided was excellent. The property was warm and cosy on arrival. The beds super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and included a bottle of wine, milk and biscuits, which were gratefully received.We loved the location and hearing the waves at night. Overall a great value, warm, clean and spacious place to stay. We will be looking to book again !

Another great stay. As on other trips the house was immaculate. We took dogs with us this time and bowls and bedding were left for us to use. They took full advantage of the balcony to watch the world go by.Minor issue with a door was sorted immediately- having direct contact with Guy is great.First time our teenage kids have come with us and they really appreciate the decent WiFi and sky tv.

So impressed with Guy’s place, nothing negative about our stay whatsoever. Plenty of room for our family, great views, everything you would need for your stay. No33 is a very light and airy house, very quiet during our stay and a great base to explore the area. Lovely beaches close by and excellent food places nearby.Great communication from Guy and our weather was fantastic, we wouldn’t hesitate to return, many thanks

We stayed here for 3 nights in September and enjoyed every minute of it. Guy left us a summary of instructions of the workings of the property which was straight forward and was greeted with a nice welcoming bottle of wine and some Welsh biscuits-very nice!The house was lovely, bright and clean and ample size for 2 of us and our dog. It had a nice balcony that overlooked the sea, great for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. Parking was enough for 1 car on the driveway. We would love to come back here, it was a shame we didn’t stay longer. Thank you Guy.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in this property and will definitely be returning again soon. The house is great, very well set up and equipped, with everything you could need. Very clean throughout. The beds are so comfy, the best sleep I've had in ages. To top it all off, the views are beautiful! Communication with Guy the host, was great, very quick to respond and support if you needed anything. Overall, a great holiday and a perfect place to stay, would definitely recommend.

The house was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and it had amazing views overlooking Pwllheli beach. The communication with host was amazing and he went up and beyond to make us feel welcome with some lovely welcome gifts. I would recommend this place 100% to everyone who wants to experience North Wales at its best. We will most definitely be back here in the future.

Perfect location for a relaxing post Christmas/New Year break. The house was very cozy and well equipped, it had everything we needed. The house is deceptively spacious with good sized bathrooms, the bed was very comfy and the views spectacular and the dogs loved it too.
