70 sqm with balcony - one double and one triple room
The Malva-2 flat is a cosy PET FRIENDLY place on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda in the historic village of Sommavilla di Brenzone.
It is located in this ancient village far from the hustle and bustle of traffic, allowing guests to enjoy moments of relaxation and carefreeness.
The space
It has a surface area of 70 square metres and the great advantage of being on one level, with a splendid lake view and garden. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 persons. It is divided into: a kitchen/living room with balcony and lake view, a bedroom with lake view balcony, a triple bedroom and a large bathroom with window. Shared use of washing machine with the other flat at extra charge. The kitchen/living room with balcony and lake view is equipped with: four burner stove, refrigerator, oven, freezer, coffee machine with capsules, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and table linen, sofa and TV - satellite flat screen 32 inches. In the whole flat there is free WI-FI internet connection. The large bathroom with window and shower is also equipped with towels, hairdryer and courtesy line. The triple room has three single beds and is provided with sheets, blankets and pillows. The double room with balcony overlooking the lake is equipped with a double bed provided with sheets, blankets and pillows, 6-door wardrobe and safe. The flat is 50 metres from a private car park and is equipped with electric gate with password. Free n. 1 parking space. The second parking space is against payment. On site possibility of secure bike storage.
Included in the price: water, electricity, gas, heating (18° - for higher temperatures a surcharge is charged), sanitised bed linen, sanitised bathroom and kitchen linen, safe, a parking space in a private car park and satellite TV. The outdoor space consists of a wonderful citrus garden equipped with deck chairs and a lake view shared with the other flat.
Tourist tax excluded: ⏠2.50 per person per night excluding children under 11 years of age.

For those who love mountains and trekking, it will be useful to know that just a few metres from our flat there are various paths leading visitors to the slopes of Monte Baldo, including magical places such as the ancient hamlet of Campo, which has remained unchanged over time and preserves the remains of an ancient village.
Appartamento Malva-2 is also an excellent starting point for walks along the lake and allows you to quickly reach various locations including the characteristic village of Cassone where the Aril river, known as the shortest in the world, flows into the lake, the tourist resort of Malcesine and the tranquil Brenzone.
