Spacious apartment in beautifully renovated farmhouse, ground floor with direct access to garden, pool and rear parking area. 2 bedrooms with aircon, 2 bathrooms and 2 private terraces (one covered, the other with a large cantilever parasol). Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Large 12 x 6m shared pool (2 other apartments), large well-maintained garden and pool area. Surrounded by vinyards with beautiful views in every direction. Parking area and gate entrance security covered by Ringcam.

This is a hidden gem in the Piemonte region, nearby all the beauty this area has to offer. This was our second stay in Cascina del Noce and probably not the last one!

Pleasant Piemonte!

Beautifully located in between vineyards, close to Asti, Alba and beautiful Neive, we enjoyed our stay in this attractive part of Piemonte.

Summer 2024

Very beautiful farmhouse, very nice location among vinyards. The apartment was very comfy, clean and well equipt. The pool and garden was well kept, and the terasses were very good. We will come back another time for sure ❤️

Beautiful!

Lovely house and pool in a beautiful location with stunning views of the local vineyards. It’s clean and spacious with plenty of room for a family of four. Eleanor and Glyn have clearly put a lot of effort into making sure their visitors have a wonderful stay a whole folder of information and ideas of where to go and what to do and have ensured that the apartment is very well equipped. We’d definitely return.

This is a very well appointed guest house with three rentable units. We stayed in the "Asti" unit which was the middle range of the three. Very comfortable 2 bed/2bath unit with two patios on the ground floor. Impeccably clean and extremely well equipped (all the way down to good quality wine glasses).The house is in a rural area near Asti/Alba in Piedmont. We enjoyed walks to the neighbouring village for a glass of wine in the plaza. Very quiet and "un-touristy" part of Piedmont. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very friendly and invested in renters having a positive experience.

L’endroit est absolument exceptionnel, encore plus beau que ce que les photos montrent.Tout mais tout était impeccable et le jardin avec piscine était fantastique.L’hôte a de superbes suggestions .Bien situé pour parcourir le Piémont !

Kleinschalig vakantiedomein omringd door wijngaarden. Terras biedt prachtig zicht op de fantastische omgeving. Slaapkamers beschikken over airco. Ongelooflijk rustig. Ideaal gelegen om de toeristische trekpleisters Alba, Asti, Neive etc te bezoeken. Gastvrouw beschikt over uitgebreide informatiemap met tips over restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt . Appartement Alba is mooiste en meest uitgeruste appartement dat we al ooit in Italie hebben gehad, echt een aanrader!

Zeer net verblijf

De woning ziet er heel netjes en verzorgd uit. Er zijn veel spullen aanwezig, ook keukenspullen. De locatie ligt ietwat afgelegen, dus je moet overal met de auto heen.

Thank you for a great review! Our house is surrounded by Unesco World Heritage designated wine country, so within walking distance we have one restaurant and 2 or more wineries. For everything else you need a car, food/pharmacy/pizza is less than a 5 minute drive.

Heerlijke week

We hebben hier echt een fijne week gehad. Schitterend en zeer compleet appartement, fijn zwembad. De ligging is goed voor bezoeken aan oa Asti en Alba en tussenliggende dorpen. Voor de meeste restaurants moet je er even op uit - maar dan heb je vaak ook wat. Ook voor het verkennen van de wijnstreek een prima plek. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel een keer naar terug willen.

Perfect place for exploring Piemonte

The apartment was wonderful and contained everything you could ever want. Both bedrooms had a very silent and efficient ac. The garden and pool was superb. You need a car to be able to visit the nearby towns like Serralunga d'Alba, Montforte d'Alba, La Morra, Barolo, Alba etc. The area is very quiet and scenic with vinyards everywhere. The food is excellent but not that many restaurants that serve fish. Other than that family owned restaurant served great food and wine. The host Eleanor always respons promptly and made sure had a fantastisk stay. I recommend this place to find piece of mine and to explore wine and food of Piemonte.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung „Alba“ ist im EG und für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern perfekt. Genossen haben wir die Terasse und den Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Comfortable, Spacious and Lovely Property in the Langhe Hills

We had a lovely stay in the Asti Apartment hosted by Eleanor and Glyn. Despite the rainy, foggy weather, the property and views of the surrounding countryside were delightful. The apartment was cozy yet spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful with useful information for visiting the area, and extra needs throughout our stay. The location is a bit off the main route of tourist attractions for the region, but still within easy distance of all the major spots. We enjoyed our time and are already contemplating a return trip with more of the family. We highly recommend Cascina del Noce!

sehr erholsame Woche

Wir haben 1 fantastische Woche als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager 9 und 14 J.) im Apartment Asti verbracht. Die gesamte Anlage (Pool, Garten) und die Wohnung sind einfach nur wunderschön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eleanor hat alles perfekt organisiert, bereits im Vorfeld haben wir viele Informationen und Tipps erhalten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, einzig auf die Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein.

Fantastische week gehad in aug 2021

We zijn blij dat we er een hele leuke week hebben gehad, mooi en ruim zwembad, luxe en opgeruimde inrichting, private parking, voldoende ruimte. Alles klopte. Voor locatie en buurt 4 sterren omdat in de omgeving het zoeken is naar vertier voor de tieners. Voor volwassenen geen probleem. Als je van wijn houdt zit je daar uitstekend met alle wijnboerderijen. Overall een aanrader!

Super schöne Wohnung mit fantastischen Garten und sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung Asti, die sehr grosszügig, sauber und super ausgestattet ist. Der Garten ist extrem gut gepflegt und hat einen schönes Schwimmbad mit genügend Liegestühlen. Unsere Wohnung hatte auch noch zwei unterschiedliche Gartensitzplätze - einer gedeckt und einer ungedeckt. Sonnencrème und Mückenschutz sollte man unbedingt dabei haben. Die Gegend ist fantastisch schön, ein Auto muss man aber unbedingt haben. Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit und haben tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Wir haben die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen!

Tolle Unterkunft in den Weinbergen

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen zu dritt (2 Erw., Teenager 16 J.) im Apartment Asti verbracht. Die Wohnung, der Garten und der sehr große Pool waren top! Aufgrund von Covid-19 waren kaum Touristen im Piemont. Wir haben die guten Restaurants und hübschen Orte "fast" für uns gehabt und konnten herrlich entspannen. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, so dass alle Ziele in der Umgebung gut per Auto (ein Muss) zu erreichen sind. Von Eleanor, der Vermieterin, haben wir viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Alles schon vorab schriftlich und klasse vorbereitet. In den 14 Tagen erfolgte 3x Handtuchwechsel plus Wechsel der Bettwäsche. Sauberkeit war perfekt!. Ich kann die Unterkunft in allen Aspekten absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful accommodation and location

We stayed in this Alba apartment for about 1 week. The apartment was beautifully renovated, spacious, airy and comfortable. Everything you could think of or need was available. The 360 degree views of the surrounding vineyards is amazing and only gets better during the day. Eleanor and Glyn are generous, knowledgeable and friendly hosts. I definitely recommend this property.

Great experience

We stayed in the Asti apartment with our 2 year old daughter and it is perfect for families. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding piedmont region which includes, Barolo, Alba, Asti. The food and wine at the restaurants here were incredible. The property has a decent size swimming pool which we used daily and we had 2 private terraces to sit outside for dinner. Eleanor was a great host and very informative about the local area.
