Beautiful detached villa within walking distance of the beach in Costa Rei

Thank you for the review, which is in need of clarification on many points. The distance to the sea is 100 metres and not 300 as reported. The renovations are not limited to the bathrooms but to many other things including kitchen, living room, flooring, wiring, plumbing, veranda, garden, air conditioning and WiFi. What was reported about unpleasant smells was not detectable at check-in but reported more than 24 hours later (10 pm of the day after). Within the next 14 hours the problem was remedied, which was not the fault of the customer or the manager or the house. The proposal to move to another house was only intended if we would not be able to resolve it. Local costs are specified on the house rules that customers have to accept when they are booking. Images and descriptions are clear enough so what you see is what you get. We have done a lot for these customers but as experience shows for someone is never enough. We have made a flattering review in change and this makes it clear that customers are always important to us.
