Welcome to the top floor of this vibrant artist's home! As you ascend the three sets of stairs, you will be greeted by a plethora of fascinating artworks from around the world. Located just across the road from the Beaconfield art gallery and cafe, and only a few minutes' walk from Damien Hirst's Newport Street Gallery, this space is truly a creative oasis.

The bedroom features a charming English oak bed with retro Danish and mid-century furniture, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The walls are adorned with artwork by the homeowner, as well as various collected items that add character to the space.

The large kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, and the dining living room is ideal for entertaining guests, with a comfortable sofa bed for any extra visitors. The bathroom boasts a rain shower, plenty of mirrors, and shelves for all your toiletries.

While there is no BBQ allowed inside the flat, fear not! BBQ enthusiasts can head to the nearby Pedlar Park for a sizzling cookout. Pick up prepacked BBQs from the Tesco Express store on Albert Embankment, located next to the Hyatt Regency hotel. For a relaxing day out, book a spa day at the Park Plaza River Bank Health and Fitness center.

Please note that there is a train line nearby, so expect a bit of train noise. But don't let that deter you from experiencing all the excitement and creativity that this unique space has to offer!

Loved the flat! Perfect location for visiting London. Everything you need is within walking distance. The flat was clean and exactly as we expected it to be and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Perfect Place to Stay

This unit was the perfect accommodation for our visit to London! The location was excellent, a short walk away to attractions and the train. The flat was spacious and had tons of natural light. The hostess was very helpful, answering our questions and letting us arrive early. We will return!

This was a lovely clean spot, easily accessible for downtown london. my mum and i stayed 5 days - she has mobility issues but the stairs to the flat were fine. the closest bus/tube were a tad far so we used uber a lot. i would recommend the flat - antonia was very accessible and helpful.

Comfortable residential neighborhood

We spent 8 days here in April. We attended concerts and theater every night. This flat is so close to West End and the National Theatre we were able to walk back along the Themes after 6 of the 8 performances. The kitchen is so well equipped and we were able to wash clothes there as well. Plus, they have loads of really interesting books! We would stay here again.

Everything as expected / convenient enough transport options

Everything matched the listing. Transportation was simple enough especially considering several buses were not servicing during our stay due to the King’s birthday procession review and the champion’s league happening over the weekend. The host was flexible with us accommodating our check-in and overall we had a great stay

Fab!!

It was wonderful. All instructions were very clear, location perfect, very clean, and it was quite comfortable. The only concern I would add is the shower access was a bit slippery and could be challenging for someone with limited mobility. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed ourselves!!

A well equipped flat in an interesting neighbourhood

This flat is fairly spacious for London and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of kitchen stuff. However, we never did find the hot tub/spa or BBQ and there was no mention of where they might be in the welcome manual. There are lots of interesting places to explore nearby. Damien Hirst's galley, The Garden Museum, a great pub The Jolly Gardeners and a Super Tesco about a 12 minute walk. Tube transportation is a bit of a walk away ( Lambeth North or Vauxall ) but if you can figure out the buses walk across the Lambeth Bridge ( 5 mins) and you can go everywhere. You can walk that way to the Tate Britain and you are a close walk to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. I would suggest an update of the welcome book for more options :) However, I am astonished that no one mentioned the constant noise of the overground trains very close by, day and night. This is a cool neighbourhood to explore and a comfortable place to stay. Good communication by Antonia the host.
