Villa Maelou is a modern, fantastic 4 bedroomed villa, recently completely refurbished. The villa is located in the heart of Vilamoura, nicely decorated in a residential and quiet area, near Hilton Hotel, close to all the golf courses in particularly Pinhal golf course is 20 minutes walking and 5 minutes driving from the center and the beach. The villa has a private garden, gated swimming pool, barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR
Lounge: 3x Sofas, LCD, DVD, Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, fireplace and access to the garden and pool.
Dining Room: dining table with seating for 8 people, air conditioning.
Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, hob, american fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer machine, iron/iron board.
Bedroom: twin beds (+2 extra beds) en-suite with shower.Â
Bedroom: twin beds.
Bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom: double en-suite with bath, air conditioning, terrace.
Bedroom: double en-suite with integral hydromassage shower unit, air conditioning, terrace.
OUTSIDE AREA
Patio, gated swimming pool, dining table with 10 chairs, 8 sun loungers, BBQ, private car parking.
EXTRAS: Wifi, Cot and High Chair.
Distances: Airport (25 km), Beach (3 km), Marina (2,5 km), Golf (100 m), Supermarket (1 km), Health club and SPA at Hilton Hotel (100 m).
Damage deposit: 500âŹ
On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
The check out is until 11am
