Cette villa spacieuse et bien décorée de 5 chambres peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes dans un cadre paisible. Imaginez-vous près de la piscine chauffée de 9×4 m (chauffage 48h avant l'arrivée, profondeur entre 0,8 et 1,8 mètres) avec 10 chaises longues, profitant de dîners en plein air au barbecue au charbon de bois, ou admirant les couchers de soleil de l'Algarve depuis la terrasse du 1er étage avec vue panoramique. À seulement 1 km des commerces et du clubhouse de l'Old Course, elle est idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes.



Entrez dans cinq chambres climatisées 1er étage 1 chambre avec un grand lit et une chambre avec 2 lits simples rez-de-chaussée trois autres chambres (deux doubles, une avec lits simples) partageant trois salles de bains (une à l'étage, deux au rez-de-chaussée) pour que chacun puisse se reposer et se préparer facilement.



La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour les repas en famille. Salon confortable avec téléviseur à écran plat et chaînes câblées (BBC, ITV, chaînes portugaises), Wi-Fi illimité, canapés et espace repas donnant sur le jardin luxuriant.

The house was exactly as described, there were always people available to help in any situation. The only issue was that the gardener came to cut the grass at 8 in the morning, but overall the stay was very good. I highly recommend it.

Thank you for a fabulous week at your villa. We had a great time.

We loved our stay here. Myself and my family stayed here, 9 of us in total. The villa is extremely spacious with plenty of space to chill togetherseparately. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything you need to self cater. The villa is situated in a modern and safe estate, I would recommend using sat nav to get there as there are many 1 way streets etc, we arrived in the dark and would’ve struggled to find it otherwise. The villa is very close to a small supermarket and about 15 mins drive to larger ones. You’re also about 10 mins drive to the fabulous Marina where we spent a few evenings. The pool is lovely, a decent size and goes from shallow to deep pretty quickly so good for all ages. The villa is a few years old but is well maintained. We were welcomed and shown around and felt right at home. We did arrive after 10pm so had a late check in charge but we knew this prior so all good. Overall we had the perfect family week, definitely recommend.

Good Location.

Villa is very basic but has everything you need.Its a bit soul less and very tired and needs updating.Villas was clean but without comfort- no cushions on outside furniture and it needs replacing,or umbrellas by pool(they did bring them after 5 days).Personally think the pool could do with a deep clean and outside tiles cleaned but that might just be my standards.Outside there are lots of loose bricks on the floor which could cause injury.Location good and not far to villamoura in an uber. Beds comfortable.Kitchen utensils plentiful so a mixed bag overall.Could do with a bit more care and maintenance.

Great Stay at Villa Anita

We had a great stay at Vila Anita as a large family of 9. The Villa was spotlessly clean with everything we could have needed including fairy liquid, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs and soap. There was also a nice welcome pack with biscuits and things which was a lovely touch. The villa was spacious and the layout suited our party perfectly. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at one end of the ground floor and 1 bedroom plus a bathroom at the other end separated by the living areas. There was then 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs on the first floor which meant everyone had their own space. The only thing to be mindful of is the staircase. The banister and railing is lovely but old and the spaces between the spindles are big enough for children to fit through. The hosts have put netting at the top to stop anyone falling through and this was absolutely fine for us as my children were staying upstairs and are old enough to manage the spiral staircase and to understand not to play here (7 and 4). The outdoor space is incredible. The pool is a great size and is in the sun the full day. We originally paid for pool heating but cancelled in the lead up to our holiday as there had been a heatwave in the lead up to our stay. I am glad we cancelled as there was no need for it. Plenty of loungers and furniture for outdoor dining, although the dinner table has seen better days but it does the job. BBQ was fab too. About 10 mins in an uber(6 euros) from Marina and approx 10 min walk to the Spar.

This house is basic, no charm, not very comfortable

Positive points: Large house, Nice garden and pool area. Negative points: the furnitures and decorations are minimalists. Voices echo in the house. The house is not cosy, it is cold, you don't feel on ease. At night the lights are really insufficient. It smells strongly moistures in the 3 bedrooms of the ground floor and in the 2 bathrooms. It misses ventilations. When you arrive there is nothing in the kitchen, not an ounce of salt, peper, coffee, paper towel etc... It is a basic house, only for holidays rental.

A casa está muito bem equipada, muito bem localizada, bastante espaçosa mas em termos de limpeza poderá melhorar. A piscina não estava limpa e para o preço da casa deveriam mudar lençóis e toalhas a meio da semana. Pouca luz nas zonas comuns e exterior. Congelador insuficiente para a dimensão da casa.

The villa had everything we needed and the pool area was great with lots of sun loungers, seating and a nice shaded area. Really appreciated your help and responsiveness especially in sorting out the shower for us in the upstairs bathroom. Thanks for letting us stay. The only 2 things would be firstly that the wifi really only works in the front room but to be honest that was quite nice as it kept the kids off their mobiles anywhere else in the house! And secondly I forgot to say that the tap on the sink in the upstairs bathroom was coming loose and just needs tightened. It didn't affect us at all but I wouldn't want you to suddenly find it had broken on a future guest so thought best to say.

Girly weekend to Villa Anita

Spacious and clean villa. Quiet location with easy access to Vilamoura. Lots of plates, bowls, glasses etc. Welcome cake and juice. No essentials such as salt and pepper. Olive oil/butter would have been appreciated. Not much toilet roll. The folder with information was written in quite a harsh and accusing tone. Almost telling guests off before they have done anything wrong.

Overall very good - we would come here again - wowchauffer was also excellent - recommend expanding the house folder to include more family restaurants and local places of interest The clothes iron leaked water and was not able to use as steamer Photographs of the swimming pool showed towels on the pool chairs but there were no pool towels Again - excellent experience the whole family enjoyed
