Villa in Sardinia in San Teodoro on two floors, recently renovated: 10 minutes walk from the town center and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

• 4 double bedrooms
• 1 double sofa bed (ground floor)
• 4 bathrooms
• 2 kitchens
• 2 dining rooms
• 1 terrace overlooking Tavolara
• Large paved garden with built-in barbecue
• 2 outdoor showers with hot water
• 1 car park inside the property with 2/3 parking spaces

You can also choose to experience the villa completely independently with separate entrances and a door that divides the two apartments.

Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a room with TV, a patio with veranda and garden overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor sofas and built-in barbecue, a hot outdoor shower. Internal parking maximum 3 spaces.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one inside a double bedroom), a living room with a single bed, kitchen, solarium and terrace overlooking the sea with dining table.

There are fans in all bedrooms, the kitchens include crockery and utensils.

Important information:

• Sheets and towels are not present: the laundry service costs €28 per week (kit for 2 people) and €25 (single kit) and includes 3 towels of various sizes, sheets and pillowcases
• Separate waste collection must be carried out otherwise the deposit will not be returned, the 2024 waste disposal calendar of the Municipality of San Teodoro will be provided

• A deposit of 200 euros will be required upon arrival
The deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:
o Damage to the villa and to objects inside and outside
o If the waste is not separated correctly in the appropriate containers or is abandoned inside or outside the property
o Kitchen hobs not clean

A true gem in San Teodoro

My friends and I had the most incredible time staying at this stunning villa in San Teodoro. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a true gem. It's spacious, beautifully designed across 2 floors, and has incredible balcony and garden views of the coastline. The location of the villa was also ideal. It provided a peaceful and private retreat, yet it was conveniently close to beautiful Ambra beach, the Ambra nightclub, and the town centre. We explored the local culture, indulged in delectable Sardinian cuisine, and made unforgettable memories.

The house is specious and has a beautiful panorama. It is located within walking distance to the town's center, shops, bars, and even one of the many beaches that are in the area. The house not only located close to everything, it is also located in a quiet side of the town which that made the stay even better since it was so close to everything. The house had many amenities, and outdoor show and BBQ which were very convenient as well and those were the icing on the cake. I would recommend this house for a family, or multi families as it is a larger home that is also pretty private due to its multi levels. Thanks for the hospitality Daniele and I will definitely stay here again when I will be visiting the San Teodoro area.

Vue exceptionnelle

Maison très bien située à moins de 5 minutes d'une très belle plage et à 5 minutes des commerces (du centre). Environnement calme, vue magnifique. Maison ayant toutes les commodités pour un groupe de 10 personnes. Très bonnes literies. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Quelques réflexions !!!!!!!!.....

Nous avons trouvés une jolie villa,dans un très bel emplacement. Mais il était regrettable que pour 10 personnes le lave-vaisselle était inexistant.Nous avons aussi passé la semaine avec une table bancale, qu'il fallait remettre à niveau à chaque repas. Le séjour a été très agréable.

Es ist zwar alles abgewohnt aber dafür gut ausgestattet was die Menge angeht. Daniele als Vermieter ist sehr nett und großzügig was die An- und Abreisezeiten angeht. Zudem kümmert er sich sobald man Nachfragen hat sofort um etwaigeProbleme. Zudem hat er und Kinderstühle und einen Buggy besorgt obwohl das nicht zur Grundausstattung gehört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Und die Aussicht vonder Terasse ist eh unbezahlbar

Tutto ottimo, la villa è in una buona posizione sia come distanza dal centro che dalla spiaggia, Daniele è stato sempre disponibile e gentile per ogni problema che potesse riguardare la casa, forse unica nota negativa nella cucina al piano superiore non funzionavano i fornelli e non era presente alcuna scopa.

Im Großen und ganzen kann man sagen das es ein guter Aufenthalt war. Der Kontakt zur Inhaberin war sehr gut von Anfang an bis zum Ende. Das Haus ist sehr groß gewesen und perfekt gewesen für 12 Personen. Das Haus hatte genügend Zimmer, 2 Küchen und mehrer Bäder. Das einzigste Problem war ein wenig die Sauberkeit.

Schöne Lage

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Personal war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß ist der Strand schnell erreichbar, zum Sandstrand muss man allerdings das Auto nehmen. Die Aussicht vom Haus aus war wunderschön, zu Fuß war man auch schnell in der Ortsmitte mit zahlreichen kulinarischen Angeboten und großem Markt. Mülltrennung wird hier wirklich groß geschrieben - was super ist, aber fast schon etwas unter Druck setzt, nur nichts falsch zu machen, weil sonst ein Teil der Kaution einbehalten wird. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, auch die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends gibt es regelmäßig Beschallung von Animateuren eines nahegelegenen Hotels, ist aber gut aushaltbar ;)Was wir uns für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, gewünscht hätten: Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssten inklusive sein!! Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster, … wäre alles sehr schön gewesen, die Küche ist sehr klein, alt und spärlich ausgestattet. Insgesamt wäre es evtl auch Zeit für die ein oder andere Renovierung / Ausbesserung im Haus. Ist vieles recht lose und wackelig. (ZB eine der Dusche, die Klobrillen, Regale,…)Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde verbracht!

Hallo Teresa, die Villa hat zwei Küchen, und wie du schon sagtest, sind beide etwas klein. Deine Beschreibung der Küche im Erdgeschoss ist korrekt; Toaster und Kaffeemaschine werden bald hinzugefügt. Für den Wäscheservice werde ich eine günstigere Lösung finden, wobei sich der Preis bei einem Aufenthalt von einer, zwei oder mehr Wochen nicht ändert. - Problemlose und flotte Kommunikation- Alles notwendige an Einrichtung war vorhanden - Eine sehr tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge- Sehr gute Lage; die Stadt ist fussläufig entfernt - Draußen gibt es viel Fläche zum grillen und den Abend mit Freunden ausklingen zu lassen- Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen

Villa con una vista splendida sull'isola di Tavolara, ha tutto ciò che serve anche se alcun mobili andrebbero rivisti perché un po datati...ma comunque comodissima al centro di San.Teodoro..7 minuti a piedi. La consiglio a gruppi di amici.

Ferragosto piovoso

La vacanza è andata bene, peccato per il brutto tempo, ma ovviamente mi rendo conto non dipenda da nessuno. La casa è splendida tenuta bene e molto grande e spaziosa, abbiamo alloggiato con una decina di amici e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, vicina alla spiaggia, giardino ampio e vista mozzafiato. Daniele (il proprietario) super disponibile e sempre pronto ad ascoltare ogni richiesta. Spero in futuro di tornarci.

Praktische, ruhige Lage, schoene Aussicht, etwas ungepflegt

+ Das Haus ist gross mit sehr schoener Aussicht. Ruhig gelegen in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum von San Teodoro und zu kleinen Straenden (5-10 Min). + Und (weil nicht immer so, aber auch subjektiv): Die Matratze war sehr angenehm. - Das Haus war sauber, aber etwas ungepflegt. Wir mussten das Besteck nochmals abwaschen (keine Abwaschmaschine) und in der Waschmaschine lag noch alte Waesche. - Der Muell vom Vorgaenger stapelte sich am Strassenrand und wurde nicht mitgenommen (falsche Saecke). Wir wurden von Nachbarn darauf angesprochen, was unangenehm war. Die ganze Woche ueber tat der Vermieter nichts zur Loesung. + Dafuer war unsere Endabnahme sehr unkompliziert.

Perfect villa for a mixed group of friends!

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa and we loved it. The villa had improved since our last visit in 2019 with a new garden gazebo, patio, BBQ and downstairs bathroom. We were a large mixed group and all of us enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöner Ort

Wir waren mit mehreren Familien mit Kleinkindern in dem Haus und es hat bestens gepasst. Das Haus hat viel Umschwung mit ausreichend Schatten, die Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie ein Strand sind in Fussdistanz erreichbar.

Villa meravigliosa a due passi dal centro e dal mare

Siamo una compagnia di 9 ragazzi e abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa spaziosa per una settimana ad agosto. La casa aveva una meravigliosa vista sul mare e tantissimi spazi sia all’esterno che all’interno della casa. Il proprietario è sempre stato cordiale e disponile nel momento del bisogno. Sinceramente non abbiamo trovato aspetti negativi, super consigliata!
