In a 2000 sq/m plot of land, located at Melissaki,witch is a short drive from the main port,and near the beach of Xila ,240m , 5 bedroom villa,well designed,to reflect the typical Cycladic style of Keas houses , with amazing view,and unforgetables sunsets.At the pool level, open plan kitchen and breakfast area,sitting area with picture window and a big smart TV (Netflix) fire place ,indoor and out door sound system. On the ground floor 2 double bedrooms with built- in double beds shower room shared between these two.Also in this level, one bedroom with built-in double bed,with en suite bathroom.On the upper level master bedroom with built-in double bed with en-suite bathroom.On the lower level,a large bedroom with twin beds pushed together,and one single bed, and en-suite bathroom.All the bedrooms have TV the three of them Netflix. A/C in all bedrooms except lower level which has celling fan

Pictures just don't do it justice...

The villa and the view is stunning - far more than a 180degrees more like a 220 degree view of the crystal Blue sea, islands and the most spectacular sunset every night. Amazing roll down blinds in the superb outdoor eating area mean that you are sheltered from the Meltemi winds if they come and have enough space for at least 12 round the amazing table - we ate from the outdoor BBQ over 50% of the time. We stay at villas on various Greek islands every year for the last 11 years and this is the best layout and view we have experienced so far. The villa has everything you will need and more and is kept clean and tidy by the cleaner who comes every few days. As I am sure Maria will tell you a car is a necessity as its a few minute drive to the town. Maria is amazingly helpful and responsive via phone and email and within no time you will be able to relax into the REAL Greece or the "Secret Seaside" of Kea as the Daily Telegraph refers to it- free from "English Breakfasts" and Tourist traps. We will book again without hesitation and trust me, we are very, very fussy ;-)

Une maison avec beaucoup de charme. Et surtout une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison. Merci pour votre accueil.

Très bien sauf ….

Sauf quand rien de va plus …. En pleine canicule , 40 degrés , panne électrique à cause d’un appareil ménager défectueux et 24 heures sans Clim , sans eau, sans électricité …. Et puis ce fut le lave linge qui tombe en rade …. Sur un séjour de 8 jours cela ne créer pas un climat de sérénité …et de détente , et la propriétaire mis à part envoyer un électricien pour réparer N’a fait aucun effort de compensation sur le séjour … Pas top

I am sorry Bruno for your trouble,but unfortunately those thimgs can happen. What else could I do at 1 oclock after midnight ,than wait till early in the morning for the electricien to come? As for the washing machine,witch broke down 2 days before your departure, Mona the house keeper came and washed everything you had by hand!!!! I had ordred a new one,but beeing the house in an island it takes several days to come.In return, I offered you a very early check in(without knowing what will happen) you checked in at 10 in the morning instead of 17.00,and you also checked out instead of 11.00 at 17.00.That means that you allmost had one full day for free!!

Hidden Gem

Everything you could want and more. Huge thank you to Mona who takes care of your every need upon touching down in Kea ! Thank you for a wonderful stay. A few tips: rent your rental car early the roads are unpaved on most of the island so SUV is ideal. Winds can get very high at night. Bring earplugs. Other than that there is a lot to explore on the island and the house is a beautiful refuge after a long day at the beach. Thank you again for a flawless stay!

A view to die for...

Only thing we can say is that we would love to come back. The view, the sunset and big terrasse are amazing! We were very comfortable being 2 families with 6 children in total. Nothing was missing and owner and property manager were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for a brilliant holiday.

Fabulous villa in Kea

What a stunning villa, extremely well kept and well appointed. Comfortable beds, beautiful out door kitchen, bar and seating area with all the mod cons like outdoor speakers and beautiful lighting creating a wonderful atmosphere for out door dining. Each sunset is breathtaking. Lovely quiet island and villa is about 15 min drive to the port with some lovely restaurants. Mona was very helpful giving us lots a of tips for supermarkets, fresh produce and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your lovely villa Maria!

Spectacular Dream Greek Villa

We cannot say enough nice things about Maria's villa. We were two families that stayed there recently and it was really a dream Greek villa experience. Maria is thoughtful and responsive host and her housekeeper, Mona, is equally terrific. Mona is a wonderful cook and resource and we enjoyed a few means on premises. The house itself is immaculately maintained with lots of thoughtful features for travelers like multiple beach towels, high end sun loungers, candles to light at night for a sense of warmth and coziness. It is important to note that the house is a bit out of the way not in distance but there is winding dirt road and we were glad to have a rental Jeep. We also did not venture out much at night since there are steep drops and virtually no street lighting on most of the road into town. Having said that, we really felt no need to leave the Villa at night and enjoyed games and adventures in the wonderful covered terrace and swims in the gorgeous pool. Big thanks to Maria for making our dream Greek vacation possible!

Amazing secluded villa on relaxed Greek island

We had rented the house to celebrate a 50th Birthday together with our 3 couples of friends. The house was perfect for this, or could have been for families. The outdoor area is truly suberb, with brilliant views and a lovely swimming pool. Small secluded beaches close by, and fun to explore the island. Imperative to have a car to get around. Really excellent!

Beautiful!

The villa and the view is truly spectacular. I m giving a 4 out of five because i hope to find a better place one day... The place is fantastic and the area outside the house next to the good size pool is like a balcony overlooking the Greek archipelago. The villa is well equipped with all the necessary items and more. There is a great sandy beach 3,5 kms to the southwest of the house. Also nice rocky bays within 400 metres. The owner Mirka is very gentle and honest.

Fantastic!

The villa is beautiful, everything seems to fit nicely inside out, the space outside the villa and the pool is just great makes you feel like you live at a balcony over the Greek archipelago!. The sunset gorgeous. Its very quiet and safe. Mirka is very helpfull and honest.

A beautiful place to relax

Our stay at the villa was wonderful--an oasis of calm and beauty to return to after a day hiking on the trails of Kea or exploring the nearby villages. Some days we simply stayed home by the pool, reading and sunbathing, and taking in the vast views of water and sky. The house itself is gorgeous--even more appealing than the pictures show. Impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated, while still relaxed and casual. Maria was the consummate helpful host. She met us at the boat, showed us everything we needed to know about the house, recommended things to do and places to eat, and responded to all our questions quickly and helpfully. Our ten days sped by, and we wished we could have doubled them.

Wonderful house and place! All is perfect !

The house is wonderful, the external of the house is better!!! The house is well organized. The location is perfect for families. We were 8 people with kids. The housekiper , Mona, has been perfect! The owner , Mirka, is very very nice! All was perfect and a paradise! Thanks Mirka!!!

"Bellissima villa inserita in un contesto di assoluta tranquillità. Vista mozzafiato sul Mar Egeo, tramonti indimenticabili. La villa è arredata con molto gusto, e dotata di tutto il necessario. A disposizione ottima musica, diffusa da un impianto stereofonico anche esterno. Bellissima e ben manutenuta la piscina. "
