A LUX VILLA with amazing BBQ, Pool Area & WIFI
360 Estates welcomes you to this beautiful island by treating our guests with one time possibility to stay in this luxurious villa in
one of the most up market destinations in Malta.
When entering our guests are welcomed by a massive terrace which leads upon the entrance of the villa and also the amazing spacious pool area. The pool area is for the sole use of our guests and apart from outdoor furniture and deckchairs a professional BBQ is also given.
Did we mention WIFI, AC and PARKING
Air-Con and WIFI included.
Parking Space| Street parking space easily found and we could also offer parking inside the villa.
Living Spaces| Beautiful outdoor area with pool, deckchairs, table, chairs and BBQ, where all rooms including living area overlooks the pool area. Also a massive living/ kitchen area inside with sofas and TV and also a working desk space.
Fun areas: One of the nicest amazing pool areas with a very large pool for the sole use of our guests.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal.
Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms in the first floor, whilst anther studio in -1 with an amazing studio privately accessed from the villa. For over and above the sleeping arrangements we will provide additional single folding beds with linens, towels and pillows just like normal beds.
The the other bedroom is on another level.
Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.
Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms amazing luxurious bathrooms.
Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly.

24/7 Private access to all the amenities of the apartment.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The Villa is located in one the nicest, quiet neighbourhoods in Malta with only Villas. Being central the connivence stores, restaurants and even amazing coffee shops are just around 10 minutes by walk from the Villa.
St Julians, is no longer than 5-10 minutes by bus.
The villa is central and in upmarket location, in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The bus stop is within walking distance from the villa so it is very easy to travel and St Julians being only 5-10 minutes give and take by bus.
If you rent a car we will also offer garage as parking.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
