Chambre 5 lits 2 salles de bain 14 personnes confortablement avec 3 lits doubles, 1 lit queen, 1 lit King, et 2 canapés-lits. cette maison a un coin cuisine confortable avec un grand garage attaché avec des tables de pique-nique pour les grandes fêtes de famille ainsi qu'une table de billard et salle de télévision pour se détendre. La maison se trouve sur un grand terrain de 1 acre une remorque de camp ou deux si nécessaire à un petit supplément. Cette maison est située à seulement 5 minutes pour la plage nord de Bear Lake ou à 15 minutes de minnetonka juste en haut du canyon de la maison. cette maison est située dans un quartier très calme, c'est donc un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée à jouer dans l'eau à la plage nord.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and made for an overall great experience. One of our favorite parts was being able to enjoy the beautiful night sky and all the stars…it was so peaceful. The host was kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fun Farm House!

This was a fun and unique place to stay. Very close to North Beach. Quiet, comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. We wish the place had WiFi and the washer was out of order, but everything else was totally awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families going to the beach.

Clean and spacious. Nice and close to the beach. Thank you for letting us use your house! Perfect for young kids because the it is far from traffic and has a huge yard.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed being close to North Beach, and enjoyed all the space that was available to us. Teenagers loved the pool table, kitchen has nice layout, and garage made a great place to have our meals together.

We had such a great experience staying at this cute house.... it was awesome! I wish I could give it 10 stars! There was was quite a few of us and the house/yard accommodated is beautifully! The house is bigger than it looks. The owner was amazing to work with, and very kind! I can’t say enough good about it. We are already booked for next year!

I wish I could just love this property but I can't. The property does not have lush green grass it's all dead. The house is advertised as a/c but it's only the main floor and most of the bedrooms are upstairs so it didn't cool down until late in the night. The 2nd bathroom has no hot water hooked up so it's really only a 1 bath home. It does sleep 14 but that's a lot of people for 1 shower. The dryer wasn't working so we tried to check the lint but the cover was broken, with some prying we got it off and found over an inch thick of lint. We did a sweep of the place before we left to get any sand we brought in out and we had piles of animal fur and we did not bring any animals so cleanliness wasn't superb. Location wise it is really great and close. Would we stay here again possibly but we would be knowing what we are getting into since the description isn't accurate. I wouldn't stay here in the heat of July again without better AC and it would have been great to know there is really only 1 functioning bath. The host offered 15% off because of the dead grass and a change in furniture but when I said we would accept after getting there and finding only one working bath I received no response/communication from the host and did not receive 15% off as offered.

Roomy property

Home was very spacious which was perfect for our large group. Very close to North Beach also a very nice aspect. The home could be cleaned much better. There was dead bugs in every window. Multiple window coverings were either missing or broken. Only half of the BBQ grill worked. I attempted to contact the owner the 1st day to let her know the wifi was not working and never did hear anything back so we had no wifi for our whole stay.

Quiet spot, old house

This house is in a nice quite spot at the end of a lane. Lots of bed and room options. Large property and the fire pit and kitchen were awesome! However, the big garbages were overflowing when we got there. There weren’t any garbage bags for us to use. Several furniture items were broken when we got there. We had to round up the broken stuff and move it so it didn’t injure any little kids. The grass in the front yard is all dead so it wasn’t the best for any type of yard games.

Where’s LISA

When we arrived the front door was wide open,we yelled to see if anyone was inside and received no response so we went inside to find a bed that was not made and looked as though someone had just left,we then found dirty wet towels in both bathrooms,kitchen floor unswept and a pile of dirty laundry in laundry room. We immediately called the Host who was most pleasant and immediately offered us a substantial discount,she mentioned the cleaning lady(Lisa)is very good employee and she must have had an Emergency. She attempted to contact Lisa but said she was unsuccessful,Lisa did not return during our stay. After doing Laundry and cleaning kitchen our stay was as expected and was as described,it rained the first day so day at the lake was delayed and all the kids enjoyed the pool table.

Good Place

We really like this place, we've stayed here for the last couple years. The only negative thing is the lawn is completely dead. Its not like the lush green lawn in the pictures. But if you're ok with that, it's a fantastic place to stay! Love how it's so close to Bear lake and easy access to mountain trails. The price is perfect! Already booked for next year!

Quirky farmhouse

What a fun little spot. This house has clearly been added to over the years but exploring and observing the architecture was part of the fun. There were plenty of beds to sleep in and endless sheets and blankets. The outside space is lovely with a huge fire bowl. It's a great location if you want to get away from the dense city. Short drive to town.

We had a successful family reunion at this house. We were appreciative of the minor accommodations that Adriana was willing to make for us. It was clean & comfortable. Very nice outside area to enjoy the ambiance. 7 minutes from North Beach at Bear Lake. 3 min away from the Bear Cave for a late night shake.

Great Place to Crash

The owners were very easy to get a hold of, and the place worked perfectly for us to stay while we played at Bear Lake. We had plenty of room for all the kids and adults - several couches turn into hide-a-beds, and there was even an extra twin mattress to put on the floor for kids to sleep on. Older home but served us well!

Good Space

It was so nice to be in a private location, and also be close to the beach. We loved the 5 bedrooms and comfortable beds, wonderful for our family size. The kitchen was accomodating for cooking big meals and the big grill was absolutely fantastic. There was plenty of towels, bedding and cooking utensils The big array of DVDs, games, etc was generous and thoughtful. I would only suggest more seating in the family room area ( only 4 seats) . We just brought in our own camping chairs to be able to watch one of the movies. Great place for a big family!

I enjoyed the place.

Could use house numbers on the outside I wasn't sure if I was at the right place at first. There's always little things you can complain about but nothing terrible. Overall I would recommend staying there. We enjoyed farm house and I would stay there again.

Gem of a Home in Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay at this old, large home in the heart of St Charles. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax when you're not at the lake. The pool table is a nice addition. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood just a few miles from North Beach State Park. We're already looking forward to next year!
