You can’t beat the location of this brand new townhome: under a mile to the marina, close to public beach access and restaurants, and right next to Mike’s Market (Garden City’s new–and only–supermarket) and Ace Hardware. Perfect for families with a fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, a large family room, and three full bathrooms. Top it off with a brand new 3-person sauna to relax in, and you’ve got a wonderful family retreat!

-Upstairs Queen Bedroom: (sleeps 2)
-Upstairs Bunk Bed Room: Two twin-over-full beds (sleeps 4, or more if little kids)
-Upstairs Family Room pull-out Sofa Queen: (sleeps 2)
-Upstairs bonus air mattress: (sleeps 2)

3 Total Bathrooms:
-Master Bathroom (Main Floor) with a shower and large walk-in closet

This townhouse is located in a great area of garden city. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a walk/bike path nearby. It is a very clean place, well-stocked and very comfortable. The tv system was simple to work and all appliances were in great working condition. We loved staying here and enjoyed being able to get to the Beaver mountain resort within 20 minutes as well as some great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Appreciate how well the place was stocked. Plenty of room for kids as well as a nice supply of games. Very comfortable. It was also withing walking distance of a gas station, grocery store and hardware store. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and house was immaculately clean. Loved the large family room area and lots of fun games in the upstairs closet. The location is perfect if headed to Bear Lake Marina.

It’s a brand new turn key property that is well appointed w/ everything a family and friends could need. Tons of space, sleeping arrangements for a bunch of people, and kitchen to cook and gather together. Bear Lake is simply stunning!

Perfect Bear Lake Vacation Stay

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our needs! It was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in and check out was convenient. The property was just what we needed; very clean and organized and very near to all of the areas of activity in Garden City. The process for arrival and departure was clearly communicated, and well ahead of arrival. We most certainly would stay at this property again!

Fantastic!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! This townhouse is in the perfect location and right by all the fun in town. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and a very nice place. Had everything we could’ve asked for. Host was great and left us a little goody bag which we loved! Overall, 10/10! You will not be disappointed!

Clean new basic property with a weird layout

We were pleased enough with our stay, but wished the listing had clarified a few more things... especially the layout. The main level has a kitchen, master bedroom w master bathroom. The second level has the living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We really wanted and expected the living and dining room would be on the same level. Since it’s not, unfortunately this meant our family was often split in two different locations instead of all having a central location to spend together. Also, if you want to use a bathroom on the main level you have to go into the master bedroom and to the master bathroom. There is not a powder room on the main level for guests to use. The kitchen supplies are very basic, so you may be happier if you mostly plan to eat out. The unit is new and was clean, so that’s a positive. They also give you a list of chores to do upon checking out which we thought was too much after paying cleaning fee. Overall, I feel like for some it could be a great rental for you, but it's nice to know a few more details ahead of booking. We did get it for the price of other two bedrooms we were looking at so the price was good, and the location was great.
