Step inside and you're greeted by an interior dominated by cleansing shades of white and muted greys, with only the odd houseplant and piece of artwork adding a little color and character. Stylish parquet flooring sits underfoot, while the glossy kitchen is a triumph of minimalist design. Located in the Heart of Dunstable Bedfordshire, this fully-furnished residence is tastefully Interior designed and decorated with sophisticated interiors. Gym Parking are also included.



All guests can enjoy the "Private Gated Courtyard."

* Free Gym Membership for one guest at Dunstable Leisure Centre which is a 9-minute walk away from Dunstable Leisure Centre. * One Free Parking Space for each apartment which is within a 3min walk away at Priory Gardens Dunstable LU5 1SD. Pls, note: Parking is paid via an app called JustPark the location ID is 18871. Once you have downloaded and paid for the duration of your stay Harper Luxe will reimburse you the full amount when you vacate. Vacations longer than 7 days will receive free housekeeping. All bedding towels will be replaced with fresh linen. Our team on the ground floor will assist you with any recommendations or questions you may have.

When you enter or leave the premises via the front gate... can I ask you and your guests to please close the magnetic gate behind you... Once the gate is closed you'll feel pressure on the gate as the magnetic lock engages. When you have guests or delivery’s to the apartment can you make sure they abide by the rules also as in close the gate fully until the lock engages? No Lit Candles are allowed. Thank You

Within a 2-minute walk away! The Luton-Dunstable Busway is a guided busway system between Houghton Regis, Dunstable, and Luton opened in September 2013. The busway runs parallel to the A505 Dunstable Road and the A5065 Hatters Way for a distance of 13.4 kilometers (8.3 mi), of which 7.7 kilometers (4.8 mi) is guided. It was built on the route of a disused railway track and allows buses to operate traffic-free. Small control wheels guide the bus's steering along the special guide track with a maximum speed of 50 mph. It is the longest-guided urban busway in the world! Car parking is a 2-minute walk away!
