Meon Boscage near Meonstoke, Hampshire sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Open-plan living space 43-inch widescreen TV, kitchen, range cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area for eight and a sitting area, woodburning stove, utility with microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. King-size with sofa bed, Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a double and a single serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Off-road parking and large 3 acre garden with lawn, furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a flowing, unfenced river running through the grounds of this property, please supervise pets and children at all times. Note: There are fishing rights for the river so guests may fish or kayak. Please note the water meadow can on occasion rise to create a small lake at the bottom of the garden, attracting some wonderful wildlife. Please Note: minimum 3 night restriction
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating throughout property (please note this property is off-grid and is powered by solar energy with a back-up generator). WiFi available throughout. Ample off-road parking. Starter pack for woodburning stove. Large coal BBQ. Bed linen and bathroom and kitchen tea-towels provided. Welcome pack of bread, milk, tea and coffee. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Local shops 0.3 miles and 1 mile, pubs 0.7 miles and 0.8 miles. Pop-up travel cot and high chair available upon request. Please Note: There is a minimum night restriction at this property of three nights

The community is ideally located for walkers and other outdoor enthusiasts because it is close to both the ocean and lovely South Downs National Park.
