Beautiful views

Enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of outdoor adventures nearby. About 45 minutes from Zion. Good spots for stargazing are also close. The home is comfortable and well equipped.

Wonderful Stay

The facilities are nice, new and clean. The pool and club house area was a nice bonus with a warm pool on cold winter days. The hosts clearly care about the home and the guests. They offer many extras - robes, condiments, coffee, pool towels, fishing rods, coolers and more.

Great location - very clean

This property is located perfectly for people who want easy access to the St. George area/Zion. The hosts provide very useful amenities including individual condiments, pool towels, pool robes, Keurig coffee, etc. The house is well stocked; we didn’t find anything we needed to be missing. Truly a great place to stay for a family vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and it had everything we could possibly need including lots of extra blankets, towels, coffee, etc. The kids enjoyed playing foosball in the garage. We used this wonderful town as a home base for exploring the area including Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon. If we ever return to the area we would love to stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

House was very clean, bright and comfortable, and the pecan pie bonus was fabulous. Family reports all beds used were comfy. We enjoyed a barbeque and smores over the firepit. The view is gorgeous - fun to watch the golfers below. We enjoyed family competitions of ping pong and foosball (although our daughter's foreign exchange student says they call it "babyfoot" in France!) in the garage. The location is easy access to Zion, and the other state parks in the area, as well as St. George, and we enjoyed them all in our short time here. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay and this beautiful property. Everything was beautiful, spacious, clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the massage chair after a long day of hiking. The property was conveniently located about 30 minutes from Snow Canyon and 40 mins to Zions. There were many food options about 15 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property during our stay!

Much more than expected!

We used the house as base for day trips to Zion, Bryce, and Valley of Fire. The house is clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, creamer, single serve condiments and all the little extras including a wonderful banana cream pie! The pool area is very nice and was great after a day of hiking. Most importantly the owner was quick to answer every text and provided hiking sticks when I realized mine could not be brought in my carryon. They definitely care about your experience!

Beautiful Property!

What a wonderful home: clean, quaint, amazing views, plenty of kitchen equipment. Bob really does know how to provide amazing customer services from his first email to the forgotten supplies display in the laundry. Thank you! Highly recommend!! And a bonus for us was to watch the bats at sunset swoop around the outside tree catching bugs. Loved it! They were easily avoidable and caused no problems for those of you who do not like the critters. ;-)

Great stay

The property looked just like the pictures online which is always a wonderful sign. We have stayed at another property in this neighborhood in the past and the location and community pool and whirlpool will keep us coming back. The property was clean, had nice towels and amenities. The massage chair in the living room was a nice surprise. The master bed was a little high and thus hard for me to climb into as I'm short, but I managed. My husband's only comment was that he was sad there was no pie. I didn't care either way but if the listing advertises free pie, there should be pie... otherwise, it should be removed from the listing. We would have still chosen to book this property without the pie promise. Overall, we had a great stay!

Spectacular - literally everything I could have hoped for

Talk about immaculate - this property is like walking into the pages of a high end magazine yet it has a family comfort feel to it. I'm not sure who their interior decorator is but they did a remarkable job, as does the housekeeping as this property is 100% immaculate. The location was exactly what we wanted. A short drive to Zion and a quick jaunt to St George in a lovely neighborhood with a welcoming pool with neighbors who wave and say 'hello'. We had our two kids with us (a tween and a teen) and they also loved the property - the exact amount of space needed and the view was lovely as well. I am super picky (my kids call me a hotel/house snob) and I can honestly attest that this house is 100% perfect if you are looking for a beautiful home that makes you feel like you are at a fancy resort but feels welcoming to kids too. I will by all means stay here again and have already recommended it to my boss and friends. Breeze of a check in and check out and the owner was just a text away. Perfect.

Huntsman Games Stay

What a fun place to stay while my husband competed in the Huntsman Games. The ping pong table was a big hit as well as the fire pit. Totally recommend this property!

Starting my life in the basement of a college apartment complex Memorial Day weekend in 1992, and married later that year to my wife Becky, we started our venture in a rental home and eventually purchased our first townhome for $53,500!! Since then, we've adopted 2 children who are now married and have children of their own. I continue to work full time with an amazing TEAM of Realtors and staff that are second to none and remain one of the Top 5 producing Realtors in southern Utah (out of over 1400). We love boating, enjoying our houseboat at Lake Powell, (2.5 hours away), our cabin in Pine Valley and a game of golf is never out of the question. Becky is THE BEST GRANDMA ever!! I'm a collector of cars and enjoy driving around a different one practically every day. :) . One of our biggest passions is helping and serving our fellow man. It's an end unit so you don't have neighbors next door to you and there's guest parking immediately next to the home.
