Fantastic caravan with every extra, super clean and comfortable, great clean site nice heated indoor pool and dog friendly, great location for Crantock Newquay and all amenities.Sister site has lots of water sport activities all staff are super friendly and the host is a lovely lady will definitely be coming to stay again highly recommended 5 stars

Had an awesome stay over the Christmas period. We have stayed in many mobile homes around Cornwall and this has by far been the best. It just has that extra something and the small touches make a big difference. Will definitely seek to stay again next year.

This mobile home is just lovely & has everything you need, we had one week of awful weather so made full use of the site facilities. The second week we explored Cornwall fantastic beaches which were very local.

This was a beautifully clean caravan with the added bonus of little odds and sods that make such a difference, like salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar, tin openers, cork screw, ice in the freezer. They may seem small but it is things you don't need to worry about taking with you. The venue itself is close to the beach and we just had a loveliest time. The only thing i would say that is missing and it's not within lynne's gift to change, it's a shop on site!! Other than that 10/10 for everything.

Perfect location and property

The property was wondeful and in a great location. The site was quiet, extremely well managed and the caravan was well equipped and very clean. We loved our stay and the surrounding area and hope to return next year !

Loved the caravan. Was great having the 2 bathrooms. We appreciated the coffee, ice, etc. Was nice and spacious and everything clean and in good order. Was well situated and easy to get to the beautiful beaches.

Goonharven is a nearby village with a well stocked Londis, there is also alovely gardens center, fruit and veg shop, a pet supply shop, shoe shop and cafe. Perrenporth and Newquay are within a short drive or bus ride, both with a wide range of shops.

Excellent caravan. Lovely and clean. Well equipped too. Great little welcome hamper! Excellent communication from the owner. It's in a great location with Newquay 15 mins away and Perranporth 10 mins away. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.

Believe the reviews, it’s lovely. So pleased I found this property. Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of lovely white towels (we didn’t use them all) even kitchen foil when we needed it. Very quiet and clean site. Beach at perranporth is wonderful. Highly recommend this property

Very well equipped caravan!

The caravan was perfect for us and our 1 year old son. Lynn was great at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful in providing a high chair and toddler bed rail. The caravan has everything you need and more, Lynn has really thought of it all. Very well laid out van too as well, lots of storage space. Park is lovely, little one enjoyed the swimming pool. Just driving to the beaches.

Great caravan

This is a lovely caravan, very pleasant outside and inside and gives a very cosy feel when entering. I stayed with my husband and 2 children and we all had a lovely time over new year.The place is very clean and has all the necessary utensils an more. Lynn ensured we had everything we needed and went out of her way to accommodate us for an extra day. Wouod highly recommended thsi place. Full access to the onsite facilities, swimming pool, cosy bar and restaurant and more. Close to perranporth and Newquay only a short drive to local coves and costline.
