The apartment is set on the first floor of Holywell house, it has a private entrance and hallway on the ground floor with stairs leading to the apartment.

There is plenty of secure off road parking if you want family or friends to visit.
The property is located close to the Somerset/Devon border, in the peaceful hamlet of Holywell Lake, which is surrounded by beautiful countryside, great for cycling, walking and nature lovers, yet only a few minutes drive from the charming country town of Wellington for all your daily requirements.

As a self-catering apartment you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
It’s has a large open planned living area with an excellent internet connection.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and several other appliances.
A large dining table & chairs with dimmer controlled lighting above.
The lounge area has 2 large comfy sofas, a 55in Smart television with a contemporary remote controlled gas fire, bifold doors to your own private garden.

The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a smart T.V, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers with a two seater sofa.
A door leads to a private veranda with sofa for that ideal morning cuppa.
There is an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower over, a heated towel warmer, toilet and vanity unit with wash hand basin.

There is a laundry/utility room at the end of the ground floor entrance hall with a washer dryer, sink area, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.

The lawned garden is enclosed and has a patio area with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and views of open countryside.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


The Garden Apartment is set In the peaceful hamlet of Holywell lake, ideally located as only a few miles away from junction 26 and 27 of the M5.
Only 2 miles away from Wellington which caters for all your essential needs.
Nestled between the Blackdown & Quantocks hills and only half an hour drive from Exmoor national park, perfect for walking, cycling and exploring.
Exeter, Bristol, Bath or Wells are in easy reach if fancy a city visit.
If you like a National Trust day out, Dunster Castle, Knightshayes, Killerton House, Fyne Court and Montacute House are all on the doorstep.
The West Somerset Railway is only a 20 minute drive away and will take you on a magical and picturesque steam train journey through beautiful West Somerset countryside to the coastal town of Minehead.
A seaside day visit is not out of the question, either the north coast or the south coast is around a 40 to 50 minutes drive away.
Exmouth, Sidmouth, Minehead, Weston Super Mare, Lyme Regis are to name but a few.
