Séjour magnifique dans une très belle propriété.

Hôtes très charmants, aimables et chaleureux, et très discrets. La propriété se trouve dans une région avec un paysage d une beauté typique du nord de la Sardaigne. Les plages pittoresques à environ 8 kms avec une eau claire et propre sont idéales pour la plongée! En remarque, il y a une promiscuité de 3 locations dans le même bâtiment, qui peut être gênante en cas d horaires décalés. Nous remercions les parents de Marco pour leur visite quotidienne, leur disponibilité et leurs bons conseils.

proriété magnifique et très bon acceuil

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à la Chintana. La propriété et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Nous étions 7 personnes et l'appartement, très propre, nous a très bien convenu. Luigi, bien que parlant seulement italien passait tous les jours pour et nous a offert quelques produits de la propriété (herbes aromatiques, oeufs, fruits) ainsi qu'une petite visite des environs dans sa Fiat Panda. C'est un endroit que nous recommanderons à nos amis

Highly recommended

Lovely property (an oasis in a very quiet region). Good location for day trips to Alghero and Stintino areas. Pool was also great for the kids. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so helpful when we had a day of 3 very sick children! Highly recommended if you like peace, away from resorts and a bit of real Sardinia.

Wonderful location in a wonderful part of Sardinia

We stayed for a short week in this Location and enjoyed it very much. There was enough room in the house for living as well as for sleeping. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is beautifully arranged with nice Flowers as well as enough space for playing for the Kids. From everywhere we had a stunning view in the green hills of the area. No noise, no traffic, only pure nature. Although in April the temperatures were below 20 Degrees, we always took our breakfast on the terrace as well as the dinner. Marco was very kind and helpful, communication went perfect. We would definitely recommend this Location and are looking forward to coming again to Sardegna. With a car, the next beaches, like Pelosa and interesting locations like Alghero, Stintino or Sassari are not far away and there is plenty to discover.

A fantastic family, very correct, orderly respectful of the house rules. The children are very polite and nice, when they saw me working in the garden they asked me if I needed help, this made me smile and really made me happy. I hope to still have the W. Magnifique endroit!

La Chintana est un écrin de verdure toute proche de la mer. Marco et son père nous ont Très gentiment accueillis et conseillés. Le logement est conforme à la description, les différents logements sont bien disposés entre eux pour que chacun ait son intimité. La piscine est magnifique, le jardin aussi et tres bien entretenu. Encore merci à Marco et son père pour leur accueil ! Un petit paradis Sarde proche des belles petites plages.

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful week at La Chintana with our 3 young daughters. It's just as it says in the description. Very quite and peaceful location, clean with nice gardens and a fabulous swimming pool. Apartments are comfortable and tastefully decorated in a traditional style, and they had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. A great place for a base if you want to explore the north west of Sardinia. Totally recommended.

Sfeervol en schoon appartement, prima bedden en genoeg keukeninventaris.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, de communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf was prima, Marco haalde ons op een afgesproken punt op met de motor om de weg te wijzen naar het appartement welke afgelegen ligt. Heerlijk zwembad bij het complex. Authentieke sfeer en het is een aanrader om te gaan eten bij het nabijgelegen agritoerismo. We hebben 1 keer de was meegegeven , deze wordt dan de volgende dag schoon en droog en opgevouwen weer bij je appartement gebracht ( kosten 15 euro) We zijn erg positief! Zoek je een niet toeristische plek op Sardinië dan moet je zeker boeken.

Geweldige vakantie in vakantiehuis La Chintana B.

Wij hebben afgelopen zomer 2015 maar liefst 38 dagen doorgebracht in dit vakantiehuis. Je zou het een klein paradijsje kunnen noemen. Eerst een weekje samen met een bevriend echtpaar, daarna een drietal weken met de gezinnen van onze beide dochters en we hebben daar samen een aantal heerlijke weken beleefd. De rust en de ruimte van een afgesloten terrein, met eigen zwembad, veel groen en een bloemenpracht is vakantievieren in optima forma. Het huis is zeer compleet, maar basic ingericht; Drie slaapkamers met prima bedden en 2 badkamers. De familie Leoni heeft ons bijzonder gastvrij ontvangen en ervoor zorg gedragen dat wij ons helemaal thuis voelden op dit complex. Meermalen kwam Pietro met vers fruit en verse groente uit eigen tuin en stond hij ons met raad en daad ter beschikking voor het geven van informatie. Al met al zien wij terug op een heerlijke vakantie in een zeer bijzonder vakantie gebied op Sardinië. Pietro Leoni, Giovanna en Marco heel hartelijke bedankt. Wij komen vast nog eens terug naar La Chintana.

Geweldig weekje vakantie in La Chintana suite.

Ter oriëntatie op onze te boeken zomervakantie juli 2015 samen met kinderen en kleinkinderen verbleven wij eind oktober 2014 een week in La Chintana suite. Een comfortabel huis met alle voorzieningen en mede door het prima weer hebben we een heerlijke korte vakantie mogen doorbrengen op dit kleinschalige vakantiepark. Er stond een mandje met allerlei streekgerechten op de keukentafel en de gastheren Marco en Pietro hebben ons van alle mogelijke informatie voorzien. Pietro heeft ons zelfs een dag meegenomen in zijn auto om de omgeving te leren kennen en de mooiste stranden te zien. Wij zien er dan ook naar uit om in de maand juli daar weer een aantal weken vakantie te vieren in de grotere woning, aangezien we met 7 personen zullen zijn.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Sardinien auf La Chintana

 Hallo Marco und Pietro, wir wollen uns noch einmal sehr für die wunderschönen Tage auf Sardinien in La Chintana bedanken. Was wir gleich am Anreisetag sehr schön fanden, war der freundliche Empfang von der Familie und die Einweisung in allen wichtigen Fragen zu unserem Aufenthalt. Da Pietro täglich vor Ort war konnten wir alles weitere ( Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und Restaurants ) zeitnah in Italienisch-Deutsch klären. Wir waren somit gleich in Urlaubsstimmung und die Kinder nutzten das weitläufige Gelände für Erkundungen und natürlich den gepflegten Pool für die notwendige Abkühlung. Ein ganz dickes Lob gibt es für Pietro der uns immer wieder mit selbst angebautem Gemüse oder Früchte ( z.B. leckere Feigen ) versorgte und natürlich der Haus Katze "Mus-Mus". Sie hatte viel Hunger ;-) und war somit unser regelmäßiger Gast bei Essen ;-)))) Wir fanden die Lage toll, weil etwas abseits vom Schuss, aber aus unserer Sicht war alles sehenswerte wunderbar mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sardinien hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war eine Reisen wert. Wir werden La Chintana in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Man sieht sich immer zweimal im Leben ;-)) Lieben Dank an Marco und Pietro & Familie

Lieu idéal pour un séjour agréable et tranquille

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, encore mieux que la description. Tout était parfait : propreté impeccable. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec les touristes, rien ne manque. Très bien situé, paysages magnifiques, plages à proximité, petits commerces de villages... Un grand merci à Pietro et à Marco pour toute cette gentillesse: Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Belles vacances au calme dans un cadre idylique

Nous avons passé de très belle vacances dans ce logement spacieux, propre, avec du charme et très bien équipé. La literie est excellente. Marco et son père sont adorables et prévenants.Bien qu'ils ne parlent pas français, on se comprends très bien en anglais ou espagnol. Encore un grand merci pour votre patience, votre aide et votre générosité (tomates du jardin, cadeaux à l'arrivée etc...) Coté pratique, à Palmadula, plusieurs superettes dont une (market succu) bien approvisionnée y compris en pain,derrière la pharmacie. .Ce qui nous a marqué c'est que même en pleine saison et bien que l'on ne parle pas italien, on est pas traité comme des "touristes" mais tout le monde essaie de vous aider. Plusieurs plages à quelques kilomètres mais nous avons vraiement préféré de loin celle de Porto Ferro (y aller en prenant la drection du lac Baratz, au bout continuer en voiture en prenant le chemin de gauche dans les pins). très belle plage et peu de monde.

Alles,was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht

Ciao Pietro & Co., herzlichen Dank für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in natürlicher und herzlicher Umgebung. Es hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Alle waren glücklich! Wie vermissen es sehr, die Kinder vor allem "Mus-Mus" ;-) Saubere, gepflegte Anlage, man ist absolut privat und freut sich immer über den Besuch von Pietro samt seiner Überraschungen. Wenn etwas fehlte wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen und man wurde stets liebevoll umsorgt. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ab vom Schuss, aber es lohnt sich, alle Traumstrände sind wunderbar zu erreichen, da man hier sowieso ein Auto hat. Sardinien ist absolut eine oder auch mehrere Reisen wert und wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal La Chintana besuchen. Das ist sicher! Danke für alles- grazie a tutti!!!

A contatto con la natura

Carissimi ho ritrovato a Düsseldorf la pioggia e l`autunno e rimpiango il sole e la luce della Chintana. Cosa bisogna dire su di essa? Una casa con il fascino rusticale della cam-pagna in mezzo al verde accurato di Sardegna. Gente cordiale e gentile, uova , fichi, pomodori ecc. freschi che Pietro portava personalmente la mattina con un sorrisone radioso. Per chi non ha bisogno di lusso ma di pace la Chintana e` il soggiorno ideale. Cari saluti ai Chintaniani e un grazie di cuore per le gentilezze Barbara

Peace & tranquility - a little piece of paradise!

This is THE place to go if you're looking for a get-away-from-it-all holiday. The house and gardens are so lovingly looked after that you just can't help feeling well taken care of. The house was clean, tastefully but simply decorated and equipped and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful. We just enjoyed the peace and quiet and the fact that it was well away from any bustle or crowds. One definitely needs a car in order to reach the supermarkets and beaches and to do some sightseeing, however it was always a pleasure to come back to the tranquility of La Chintana after being out for some time. It's certainly a place I would recommend to people looking for some peace and quiet and we would certainly like to visit there again, maybe with our children next time!

A Little Piece of Heaven

We stayed at La Chintana B which sleeps 7 really comfortably. King size beds and proper single beds, 2 shower rooms with toilets and large living area with a well equipped kitchen. Outside you have your own private area with a BBQ and dining area. The swimming pool was cleaned daily and the vast grounds are well maintained and exceptionally beautiful. It is very tranquil and you do need a car to get about. The secluded beaches are stunning. Marco and his family looked after us well from fresh fruit, vegetables from the grounds and eggs from the chickens that was left for us on a regular basis, whilst Pietro tended to the grounds everyday and made sure we had everything we wanted. He didn’t speak English much but we had great fun trying to understand each other. We will definitely be going back again and hopefully taking the rest of our family.

Romantiek in Sardinie

Met veel plezier denken we terug aan onze fantastische week op La Chintana in Sardinie met oma en onze 3 kinderen (2,4 en 6 jaar). Het authentieke huis bestaat uit 3 appartementen waarvan wij er 2 bewoonden en past helemaal in de geweldige omgeving. Toen wij er waren, stond alles in bloei en rook het daardoor heerlijk. De koeien lopen vlak langs de tuin en in de verte hoor je de bellen van schapen. Verder zie je de zee liggen en hoor je de krekels en verder is het een oase van rust. Ons huisje was lekker royaal maar wel basic. Er stonden bv twee grote koelkasten in maar geen vaatwasser. De bedden waren prima maar verwacht bv geen luxe dekbedden. Verder was het schoon, lagen er royaal handoeken en hadden we dus een prima verblijf. Wij werden onthaald met een heerlijke mand lokale lekkernijen (wijn, kaas, worst etc) en er stond bv al een grote fles water in de koelkast. Daardoor hoef je niet meteen inkopen te gaan doen en even lekker bijkomen na de reis. We waren voornamelijk buiten, ontbeten onder de veranda en daar kon je ook prima bbq-en. De kinderen vermaakten zich in het zwembad, op het grasveld, bij de vijver of bij de kippen. Ook al sprak hij geen woord over de grens, we hadden erg leuk contact met Pietro (de vader van Marco) die elke dag even langs kwam om de tuin te verzorgen, de kippen te voeren en het zwembad schoon te maken. De kinderen gingen graag met hem mee naar de kippen. Pietro heeft ons ook meegenomen (met zijn 6-en in de Panda) naar fantastische uitzichtpunten en baaitjes die we de volgende dag dan bezochten. Je had dan de hele dag een prive strand waar de kinderen dan konden pootje baden, vissen of schelpenzoeken. De zee was een tikkie fris (in Mei) maar wanneer je het aandurfde dan was prachtig om te snorkelen. Ook al kan je er prima langs de kust wandelen, zorg wel dat je een auto huurt. Enerzijds omdat je redelijk afgelegen zit, anderzijds om een indruk te krijgen van de mooie omgeving.Je kan er prima rijden, het was er extreem rustig en je zit in ongeveer 25 minuten in Alghero en dat is echt een prachtig havenplaatsje. Ook het strand achter Stintino is prachtig en de baai van Porto Conte is een aanrader. Je kan er heerlijk lunchen in de strandtenten daar. Let wel goed op hoe je weer terugkomt bij La Chintana. Dit hadden wij dus niet gedaan en toen was het wel even zoeken om de juiste afslag vanaf La Pedraia weer te vinden. Wanneer je deze hebt gevonden dan staat het verder goed aangegeven.Al met al een pracht plek!

Great and quiet holiday house

We stayed here for two weeks with our 1,5 year old daughter and found it great. Lots of space in and around the house, and a great garden and swimmingpool. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. A car is necessary, with the nearest shop in Palmadula at 8 minutes drive, but you will get a peacefull and quiet location in return. Only minus is that for heating there is only a woodfire; a bit cumbersome, but it added to the outdoors feel.

Silencio y relax

Hola, somos una familia con tres niños y venimos de Barcelona, hemos pasado una semana a La Chintana B en el julio 2011. La Chintana está a media hora cerca del aeropuerto, y ha sido muy simple encontrarla, gracias a las indicaciones de Marco, el dueño, que habla español bastante bien. Hemos juntos a La Chintana de noche, después un camino rural muy sugestivo, y como hemos salidos del coche, nos otros y los niños hemos estados sin palabras: el jardín iluminado, los grillos, el silencio, nos ha proyectados en una especie de espejismo celestial. El piso B es muy grande y confortable, tiene dos cuarto de baño y tres habitaciones, y tiene todo el necesario para pasar tranquilamente las vacaciones, ropa de cama incluida. El jardín es maravilloso y ben curado, como también la piscina, muy grande y adapta para los niños que tienen a disposición la parte baja de esta. La casa también tenía una terraza de madera con barbacoa solo para nosotros, y durante todas las noches era imposible no estar al aire libre disfrutando de las comidas frescas con la familia. La playa más cercana estaba a unos diez minutos con el coche, Porto Palmas, una pequeña bahía tranquila no muy turístico, adapta para los niños porque la arena no era demasiado fina. Los negocios principales están a Palmadula a unos cincos minutos de coche. Hemos apreciados también las ciudades de Alghero y Stintino, la primera por la gran variedad de restaurantes, y la segunda parar las playas amables. La Chintana está en el centro entre estos dos hermosos lugar, una ubicación muy conveniente para explorar esta parte de Cerdeña. Recomendamos a todas las familias unas vacaciones en La Chintana, nosotros también consideramos la idea de volver con otros amigos.

Ruhige Lage – perfekt zum entspannen!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen (10 Erwachsene 3 Kinder) im August 2011 in La Chintana. Durch die abgelegene Lage, welche ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich macht, konnte man sich sehr entspannen und musste sich keine Gedanken über die Nachbarn machen, wenn es mal etwas lauter wurde. Das Anwesen ist riesig und die Küchen sind zweckmäßig aber einfach eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum verweilen ein. Die Vermieterfamilie war stets freundlich und Pedro besuchte uns jeden Tag um den Pool zur reinigen. Mit seinem kleinen Auto zeigte er uns einige schöne Strände, die gar nicht so weit entfernt waren. Auch die Verständigung klappte nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit Hand und Fuß. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub und ist nur zu empfehlen.

Very nice and peaceful place

We would highly recommend La Chintana because it is a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and quiet. The apartment we rented was spacious, had everything you needed, such as kitchen equipment for cooking. The garden is large and there are parking facilities. La Chintana is located in the countryside and the area is very cozy. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. To remember is that this is a holiday house and breakfast must be arranged by your own.
