The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, located on the first floor of a family house. The house is situated in a prime tourist area, highly sought after by visitors. The location is quiet yet central. Sandy beaches and seaside facilities are easily reachable on foot within a few minutes. Free parking is available near the house. The property also offers a tavern with a barbecue and dining area for shared use with the other guests staying in the house.

The 55 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the secondary house attached to the main house. On the ground floor, there is 1 apartment available for rent for 2–3 people.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190). The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, and night lamps. Bed linen is provided.

There is one bathroom with a shower, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, external window, and washing machine. There is also a separate guest toilet with a washbasin, mirror, and toilet facilities. Bathroom towels, two per person, are provided.

The living area consists of a lounge with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. The dining area includes a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner gas stove, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

From the living area, there is access to the covered terrace furnished with a table, 4 chairs, and a sun umbrella. Available for shared use is the tavern with a fireplace, dining table, and chairs, where guests can enjoy pleasant and relaxing moments together.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

Various beaches are only a few minutes’ walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant is 200 m away, and the seaside promenade is 600 m away.

The apartment is located in a privileged position near the famous ATP tennis center, where the renowned ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for many years.

Only 500 m away are the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort and the stop for the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and back.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral. A walk along the famous Umag waterfront promenade is highly recommended, as is exploring the narrow and charming streets of the old town, visiting the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the town center, or enjoying the seaside stalls and playground that children will love.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, riding centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, boat rentals, an adventure park for children, and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris resort, as well as nightclubs, casinos, and various boat or bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, casual restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food outlets, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace offering magnificent views over the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town, famous for its film festival held annually at the end of July. Livade is known for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the small and wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located just 60 km from Umag. Also worth visiting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions.

Various boat trips called "Fish Picnic" are organized, including fish- or meat-based picnics, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For children's enjoyment, visit the Istralandia Water Park, 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park theme park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed for both adults and children. For food lovers, there are several opportunities to taste excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.

-to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after careful assessment, the owner will request payment of the damage costs in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the handover of the keys.
