Villa Colombaio a un très grand séjour et une vaste cuisine donnant sur le jardin. Un long portique équipé de table et chaises permet de manger au frais et à l'ombre. Les chambres à coucher, très spacieuses, se trouvent au premier étage, où il y a aussi un salon avec le ping-pong. La piscine, à partager avec d'autres hotes du domaine, se trouve à 100 m. de la villa. C'est une maison très confortable et lumineuse. Villa Colombaio jouit d'une vue merveilleuse sur les collines environnantes et offre tout ce qui sert pour gouter une vacance en pleine détente. Elle est néanmoins une excellente base de départ pour visiter des lieux de grand interet touristique qui se trouvent à 1-2 heures de distance du domaine. Les hotes peuvent accéder à toutes les chambres de la villa Un des propriétaires du domaine sera toujours présent pendant le séjour de nos hotes Ce genre de renseignement se trouve dans le "Guest Book", qui est envoyé à tous nos hotes avant leur départ pour Tenuta Larnianone.

Wonderful

A true tuscan experience in the hills of Sienna. Located on a vineyard, this complex of homes spread out through the huge property offer privacy and memorable views. A car is required as taxi service is scarce, and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Lavinia and her family oversee the whole operation and are remarkable in their service. Our family will remember this property as the best part of our vacation.

What a dream. Our family felt like we were in a fairytale from the views, to the quiet countryside, and the accommodation history & charm. We enjoyed a private cooking class in villa…as well as a local horseback ride though the countryside. The villa was very spacious…and stocked with wine. You will love this dream vacation villa! The administrative representation was punctual and accommodating as well. Best time ever!!

Super séjour en famille en Toscane

La propriété est magnifique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Idéal pour les séjours en famille à la découverte de la Toscane. La piscine est top après les visites culturelles des environs. Nous recommandons chaudement cette propriété.

Cadre magnifique

Située sur une vaste propriété de plusieurs hectares (ou se cultivent vignes et oliviers) la Villa Colombaio est un véritable havre de pays en terre Toscane. Proche de Sienne, la maison conforme à nos attentes est proche de toutes les commodités, Anna étant par ailleurs très bonne conseillère pour ce qu'il s'agit des restaurants alentours. La villa très spacieuse, propre et bien tenu nous a donné entière satisfaction. Une précision : la piscine (immense) est partagée par plusieurs villa. Nous ne pouvons que chaudement recommander la villa Colombaio ses très sympathiques propriétaires, et leur très bon vin !

Excellent séjour !!!

Description conforme et précise de la location. Excellente prestation: très bel intérieur, très bien entretenu, chambres spacieuses, très belle vue sur les vignes, les oliviers et les collines toscanes. Piscine très agréable. Communication excellente avec Anna, la propriétaire, qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous recommandons fortement !!!

Captivating views and a lovely villa

We arrived to find breathtaking views across the vineyard estate and beyond. The villa was spacious with ample gardens and the kitchen well equipped. The pool was a short walk. It was extremely hot during our stay (reaching over 40 degrees) but the fans in the bedrooms enabled us to sleep. We had a wonderful stay.

A slice of heaven

Absolutely magical property. Loved sharing the communal pool. Gave us an opportunity to meet people from all over Europe. The house is absolutely comfortable and stays cool even on hot summer nights. Thank you to Lavinia, Aldo and Paula and Tullio for making our stay so special.

Sommerurlaub im perfekten Coronaversteck

wir waren gezwungen unseren ursprünglichen Urlaub aufgrund einer Reisewarnung umzubuchen und sind auf der Suche nach Ersatz auf dieses wahre Schmuckstück gestoßen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgelegen in den Hügeln der Toskana in der Nähe von Siena und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick von der Terasse/vom Garten. Wir waren 8 Personen - 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern. Zum Haus: das Haus entspricht auf jeden Fall den Angaben und den Fotos. Es gibt genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - wir haben nichts gefunden, was uns gefehlt hätte. Der Pool: ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt und bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt gewesen. Aufgrund der Hygienemaßnahmen hatte jedes Haus seine zugewiesenen Liegen. Was wir sehr gut fanden - so hatte jeder SEINE Liegen. Umgebung: Das Haus liegt abgelegen zwischen Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Wir haben es genauso haben wollen und haben daher die Ruhe, die Aussicht und das Ambiente voll genossen. Siena und Supermärkte sind wenige Autominuten entfernt. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit einem Fahraufwand von min. 1/2 - 1h erreichbar. Kontakt: Aldo ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nie aufdringlich aber immer erreichbar und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung um Tipps oder Auskünfte zu geben. Fazit: wir würden ohne zu Überlegen wieder kommen! DANKE Aldo

Great family home to vacation in Siena.

At the end of September our family of 7 enjoyed the property. The home was clean, a good assortment of cooking utensils, and great walking trails around the property. Aldo arranged for us to have a cooking class on the property....I would suggest if you do that, do not wait until the last night prior to leaving. We had a lot of leftovers that we just had to leave behind.(The dinner was very tasty....just too much.)

Beautiful Property

Stunning location. Beautiful light and views over the neigbouring countryside. You can (just about) see the Siena skyline in the distance. It is about 10 minutes to Siena ring road. The last 2km or so is on an unpaved road through the countryside. The property itself is very spacious with large rooms and wide and open common spaces. When hot, it is best to keep the shutters closed to keep the heat out so it can be a bit dark inside. It is deliberately rustic - some might say it is a bit dated in places with throws covering some older sofas for example (although still very comfortable I should add). The family owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. The pool is maybe 30 yards away across the grass and while shared with a couple of other villas, it is so close it feels like your own. Good size as well. Overall, we had a lovely week and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of Italy. Easily driveable. Very spacious

Absolutely stunning property and views. Perfect spot for a vacation, the environment is serene.

We stayed at the property from March 25 to March 30. The vacation was a family one and we stayed in two villas ( including this one ). Our stay was a very lovely and relaxing one, the views and atmosphere of the property are nothing short of stunning. We were greeted with a fruit basket and others tasties by our hosts, provided with a tour of the villas to inform us of all the facilities and provided a brief on what we could do within the town of Siena. Out stay in Siena was very enjoyable, from the property we could drive to the bus station about 5 mins away and take a bus into the center of town to enjoy the attractions of Siena. Given another opportunity, my family and I will visit Tenuta Larnianone, especially at Colombaio. It was a gorgeous and heavenly place to spend a family vacation.

Lovely place, wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing property. The house is clean, well fitted out and have all you need. Anna and Duccio were always available and anxious to ensure our comfort. The bread ,fruit, wine and cheese which they provided on the day we arrived at the Villa was a warm welcome. The location is great. The possibility of wondering around in a wine estate is priceless. We would like to visit again in the Fall to learn how grapes are harvested and wine is made. Highly recommendable!

A very nice holiday in an amazing property

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely kind and nice. The house is very cozy and comfy, the first floor is particularly well designed for welcoming big groups of people. We were able to eat outside, under the porch, most of our staying and to have nice bbqs. Duccio and Anna were amazing hosts. We were recommended great things to do in the area and we enjoyed some one-day trips in the area. Recommended!

Villa Colombaio was perfect in every way: The size and condition of the villa, the views, the birds

When we arrived late on a Saturday afternoon, Anna was there to greet us with a big smile and warm reception. It was a perfect start to a month in the perfect place. She showed us around and answered all of our questions and let us get settled in. I had asked if they could provide some wine for our first few days in case we didn't have time to get to a store. There was a good supply of their wine (Tenuta Larnianone) waiting for us - we especially liked the Bragia. It was just an example of how they provide great service; anything we requested was provided promptly and with a smile. The villa is roomy (5 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds); 3 full baths, huge living and dining areas - our group was 8 people for almost 2 weeks and we were never cramped. The kitchen is quite well equipped and fully functional; we cooked dinner every night for 28 nights. The environment around the villa is heavenly: The views are exceptional - vineyards, wheat fields, forests, rolling hills, distant villas and towns - a classic Tuscan setting. There is the constant sound of song birds, pheasants, doves, and various other birds. We occasionally saw dear and other wildlife. There is a peacefulness and beauty that makes it a perfect getaway. Anna and Duccio were around but never intruding. We had two different family groups over our 28 day stay; and twice Duccio providing interesting and informative tours of the wine cellar (The Cantina). They provide a weekly cleaning service that was thorough and efficient. Well worth the cost. As we were planning to leave both Anna and Duccio warmly expressed their thanks for our staying at their villa; and welcomed us back. We highly recommend Villa Colombaio and Tenuta Larnianone. If we ever go back to Tuscany, we will stay at Tenuta Larnianone.

Geräumiges und schönes Haus

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Es bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage auf einem schönen Weingut ist perfekt mit wunderschönem Blick bis nach Siena. Die Vermieter sind für alle Anfragen immer erreichbar gewesen, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. 100 %ge Weiterempfehlung :) Many thanks to you, Anna, and to your brothers, sisters-in-law and nephew for a perfect service and wonderful holiday!
