La Villa Erbolino, située à Gaiole in Chianti, est l’hébergement idéal pour une escapade relaxante. Cette propriété sur 2 étages avec entrée indépendante comprend un salon avec canapé-lit pour 2 personnes (parfait comme couchage supplémentaire pour enfants ou courts séjours), une cuisine entièrement équipée, 3 chambres et 4 salles de bain, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes. La suite dispose d’une entrée séparée depuis l’extérieur.



Parmi les équipements supplémentaires : Wi-Fi haut débit adapté aux appels vidéo, espace de travail dédié pour le télétravail, chauffage au sol, ventilateur, lave-linge, sèche-linge, TV, lit bébé, chaise haute, machine à café et grille-pain. La suite est climatisée et un climatiseur portable est disponible dans les autres chambres.



L’espace extérieur privé comprend un jardin avec une baignoire en pierre pour 5 ou 6 personnes, une terrasse, un balcon et un barbecue. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre dans la baignoire tout en admirant la vue avec vos proches. La baignoire est ouverte de juin à septembre, selon la météo.



Quatre places de parking sont disponibles sur la propriété. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Des produits faits maison sont proposés. Everything about this house is exquisite and very homey. Decors are really tasteful. Outdoors spaces and the views are absolutely beautiful. Kitchen is really well appointed. There is no shortage of dish-wear, silverware and glasses. Location is very central to explore Tuscany. Our host, Lapo is very welcoming and helpful with all recommendations. He is the kind of host that you want to stay in touch and come back to see him.

Perfect Italian Villa Getaway

After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, it was great to spend a few days resting here at Villa Erbolino. The view is splendid, the property beautiful, and our host (Lapo) was so easy to work with. We had so many questions about the surrounding area (food, sights, attractions) and he knows the area inside and out. If you are thinking about escaping to the Tuscan countryside this is THE place to stay.

Erbolino did not disappoint!

We had an amazing week in Tuscany at Erbolino They were helpful and hospitable! The home was gorgeous and perfect for the four of us. They greeted us with a beautiful bottle of Chianti wine. The day trips from there were delightful and easy. The weather was perfect and our week could not have been more perfect! Thank you for everything! We will be back for sure!

Stunning villa and location! Highly recommended

Pros: We stayed at Villa Erbolino with a group of friends and from the very beginning we knew it was going to be a memorable stay. The host is kind and very helpful: he welcomed us and offered us a gift bottle of wine. The villa has a large terrace with a unique view of Chianti. The garden is well maintained and there is also a very large barbecue which we were allowed to use. Inside the house was very cosy, comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and would recommend this magical place to everyone!

Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of delightful. The property offers breathtaking views that feel like they’re straight out of a postcard.The villa offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Attention to detail in the decor added a unique and authentic character to the spaces.We were particularly pleased by how well-stocked the home was. The kitchen had everything we needed to create delicious meals for our group.The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby towns like Gaiole and Radda while still providing a peaceful and private retreat. The hosts were very responsive, welcoming and helpful.If you’re looking for a quintessential countryside experience with comfort, charm, and unforgettable views, this villa is an absolute gem. We already can't wait to return.

Fantastic view for sunsets. Great location

Pros: The host Lapo couldn't have been any more accommodating. He rescued the 4 of us after having been stranded on the side of the road when our car broke down and the rental company sent a tow truck to get the car but not us. He then took us the following day to Sienna where he had arranged for the rental office to remain open so that we could obtain a car. NEVER RENT FROM EUROPECAR. The outdoor terrace was where we spent most of the time due to it's incredible views of the valley and hills covered in olive trees and grape vines. We were a couple of hundred meters from the the hilltop town of Vertine which was beautiful to walk through. 500 meters in the other direction was the Frescobaldi estate of Perano where you can enjoy a meal and sample their wine. I highly recommend their Rialzi Gran Selezione. The location of the villa is perfect to explore the Chianti region. We were able to take day trips to Sienna, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano and others with ease.

Beautiful Tuscan property

We loved this beautiful home in Tuscany! It was perfect for our groups of 6. It was central to the area making it easy to get into Florence while also being in the middle of Chianti and the related vineyards. The outdoor living areas really make this house special with views that are unbelievable at all times of the day! Lapo was a great host and was very responsive to our needs. From the help at check-in to providing fresh fruit on arrival he was wonderful. He even helped us make arrangements for an early morning car service for part of our group on the day we had to leave. While the listing indicates that the property has air conditioning it should be noted that only the bedroom with the separate entrance has air conditioning while the other bedrooms have nice ceiling fans. Since we were there in August it was hot and the rooms were very warm during the day but cooled off nicely at night and, with the fans, were comfortable for sleeping. This would not be a problem at all in any month but August! We loved this home, will absolutely be back, and highly recommend this for a wonderful stay!
