The apartment is on the second floor of the beach front row in a secure gated residence, giving uninterrupted views of the beach and sea from the balcony It has been recently refurbished throughout including a new kitchen and bathroom. Great view and perfect location

We are a family of three and there was a lot of space for us in the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen were not very big, but sufficient for daily routines and cooking. Also, both were very modern and nicely designed. The kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped with everything we needed and more: all the basics were there - had we known that, we wouldn't have brought spices/oil/pasta/flour/sugar/etc. Generally, the equipment of the flat was good - second fridge and freezer for drinks in the livingroom, towels, pillows, bedsheets and blankets, washing powder, washing machine, beach equipment etc. - so we didn't have to buy many things to feel at home. The toilet was in a seperate room and could use a modernisation - we think - but still served its purpose well enough. Also, the furniture seemed a bit out of date and simple (couch and beds not very comfortable), some chairs/shelves were not very stable and the table in the livingroom had a lot of irremovable stains from glasses/bottles. During our stay it got very hot in the apartment and there was but one small fan. There were no ceiling fans (contrary to what the information on the website said): one ceiling fan in the childrens' room was not functional, the other rooms didn't have any. That made for some sleepless hours at night. Maybe air-conditioning would be a good idea... But those details were not of big importance to us, after all. For us, the view and sound of the sea right in front of us was priceless! Especially in the mornings and evenings - when the beach was less crowded (it really got crowded during daytime) - we enjoyed eating breakfast/having barbecues on the balcony. We also liked that we could walk to the beach right through the residence's gate without any cars on the street (pedestrian area) and walk to the shops (5min) or into town (15min). We even had longer walks to some sights like the volcano beach (Conque), for you could walk all the way along the beach - we loved that! The residence as a whole felt safe, as it was gated and most of the tourists were families. To conclude: We really had a great beach-holiday here!

Super séjour !

Nous avons pleinement profité de cet appartement cosy et bien équipé durant un we de mai. Idealement situé : en front de mer et vue splendide!, a 30m de la plage de sable et en retrait du brouhaha du centre port. L'appartement était tres fonctionnel, meme avec un bebe de 11mois.

Logement très agréable et très bien situé,fonctionnel. Toutes les commodités à proximités . On peut très bien poser sa voiture en arrivant et passer son séjour à pied au bien en vélo permettant d’explorer un périmètre plus grand .Trés bon séjour malgré les restaurants fermés.

Vue sur mer exceptionnelle. Accessibilité à la plage parfaite. Commerces de proximité suffisantS. Idéal pour des vacances calmes en famille. Il serait bon cependant de prévenir qu’il y a plusieurs marchés à monter, même dans l’appartement. Et dommage que le tri sélectif ne soit pas organisé dans la résidence même.

Séjour fabuleux au Cap d'Adge

L'appartement de Ruth est vraiment bien situé: à 100m à peine de la plage à pied! Et à 5 minutes à pied de toutes les commodités (tabac, presse, boulangerie, épicerie, primeur). L'appartement est vraiment très propre, bien entretenu. Les chambres sont situées en contrebas, à l'abri de la chaleur, il y fait donc plus frais les soirs. L'organisation de l'accueil est parfaite, les rendez-vous sont respectés. Merci Ruth de nous avoir accueilli dans votre appartement. Nous le recommandons et nous reviendrons très probablement. Appartement grand et en bord de plage. Vue splendide. Quelques désagréments au niveau de la gestion de la location. Appel pour heure d arrivée et au final ce n était pas ce qui était convenu. Visite surprise de la gestionnaire et pas mis au courant...

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Mal eben schnell ins Meer hüpfen ohne viel mitzunehmen - kein Problem. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gut. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Verbrauchsmaterialien sind vorhanden. Sogar einige Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, Essig und Öl. Allerdings sollte hier mal durch sortiert werden. Türen, Schranktüren und Schränke sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da aber das Duschbad neu gemacht ist, kann man vielleicht davon ausgehen, dass der Eigentümer nach und nach renoviert. Auch die Betten sind gut, ist nicht die Regel, daher erwähnenswert. Klimaanlage wäre toll, wir sind aber trotz des warmen Wetters sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Internationales TV wäre auch ein plus. Die Unterkunft kann man grundsätzlich empfehlen. Der Ferienort ist allerdings sehr touristisch. Abends ist an vielen Orten einiges los, was häufig bis in die frühen Mittagsstunden die ganze Küste beschallt. Auch der Strand ist tagsüber recht voll. Wen das nicht stört, den Trubel mag und abends gern auf die Piste geht, findet ihr viele Angebote.

Great location but to hot and noisy at night

We had a two week stay in Cap in mid August. First impressions were good but they soon faded. The location is excellent being right next to the beach. The apartment is getting a little tired compared to other properties we’ve stopped in but it was ample, plus the kitchen is very small. The shower is excellent though, which is important being right next to the beach. The local bakery and fishmongers are excellent just a short walk away. The local person who deals with the property was very helpful. With the temperature in the low thirties the main issue was keeping cool at night, and having the windows open due to the lack of air con. The problem with this is that you get kept awake by the noise of people returning from the clubs and bars until the early hours. Plus our van got keyed whilst outside the property which was really annoying. Overall we had a good break but won’t comeback to Cap in a hurry.

Super located appartment

We enjoyed our week in this quiet and top-located appartment just one step from the beach very much. The kitchen is modern and very well equiped so we found everything we needed. The bathroom aswell is nice and modern. There was really enough space for us as a family with two adults and two teen girls. The beach is right in front of the appartment and shops and bars are just some steps away. For the car there was a private parking space in the shade directly under the appartment. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!

Beautiful apartment and location, great holiday!

This apartment was a really great find! All of our needs were met with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities that felt very modern and the apartment itself is well decorated and comfortable, as well as clean and well maintained! The kitchen facilities were easy to use so cooking and eating on the balcony during the evenings, whilst overlooking the beach, became one of my favourite parts of the trip. There are some really great restaurants a short walk away too, which was great for the nights when we didn't feel like cooking! The beach itself was so close to the apartment and a great place to spend time swimming and sunbathing, there are many beach activities available too. Having beach front accommodation is a great luxury to take advantage of! The apartment and surrounding area felt very safe and secure, which was great. The area is family friendly, too! The local shops are easy to get to on foot and are a great convenience to have, my favourite was the patisserie due to the fresh baguettes! Cap D'Agde itself is a beautiful port town, so make sure to take a walk to the port markets and restaurants, it takes around 15-20 minutes to reach and it is a very pleasant walk. I feel that this was amazing value for money, to stay in a beach front apartment that is also excellent accommodation was a treat. Communicating with the owner was also easy and they're very helpful! Overall, it was a restorative getaway from busy day-to-day life and if I return to Cap D'Agde I would stay here again without question!

Lovely apartment, super location

If you're looking for a beach holiday then you can't get closer than this. The apartment is lovely, especially the kitchen and the shower. We all loved the shower. It was also very quiet in the evenings. It is so close to the beach you only need to take your towel. It's also got a great selection of shops 5 min walk away. Spar, fruit and veg stall, fish stall, lots of takeaways as well. You can venture further say 10 mins and you are in the town. We can recommend Le Manade for a good meal with excellent service. I would recommend going by train as well. So much nice than flying. I would visit here again.

Fantastic Beach Front Location

My wife and I stayed in this ideally situated 2nd floor apartment with balcony overlooking the beach in a secure gated development. Modern appliances in kitchen and a nicely fitted out shower room with separate bathroom, you are are short walk away from beach bars, restaurants and activities. The bus from Agde drops you at the gate so a car is hardly necessary to visit Grau d'Agde, Agde or the connections from there. We enjoyed our break and would recommend this property.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment!

This apartment is so well situated for families as it really is on the beach! It was a only a short walk to buy bread and essentials in the morning. The apartment was clean and well equipped, in a gated community so very safe and secure. We barbecued and ate out on the balcony a lot, a little bit of a squeeze as it's quite narrow! There are two fridges, handy for extra drinks and a large freezer, we really enjoyed the espresso machine! The shower was the best I've ever used! A car is not essential, we used ours twice in the ten days we were there. There is a wonderful coastal pathway that takes you to the two main restaurant/tourist areas. The port was our favourite place. Lots of restaurants for all budgets, be aware it's all very French though with very few translated menus. For us, this made for some hilarious attempts at speaking French but everyone was so friendly and appreciated the effort. The sandy beach was safe & clean but did get very crowded immediately to the front of the apartment however we found it much quieter and spacious towards the other end. We had days where the sea was calm and still and others where the waves were perfect for body boarding, much to the delight of our kids! There are plenty of activities for kids of all ages. We visited the crazy golf on a rainy day which was well kept and good fun. We took a boat trip from the harbour which was nice and not expensive. A short walk inland from the apartment is a park and a small electric boat company, our kids had fun taking one out for a spin. We would definitely return and recommend it to our friends.
