The accommodation, located on the ground floor, opens onto a spacious open-plan space featuring the living area on the left, with dining table, television and well-equipped open kitchen, whilst on the right there is a comfortable double bed, a double sofa bed and a wardrobe. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.
