On entering the villa, you will walk through large glass doors to a cosy and welcoming living area. If you look behind you, you will see the large 55 m2 private swimming pool within perfect view. There is a spacious deck with a lounge and plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. On your right there is an outside bar, professional fridge, and built-in BBQ to enjoy warm summer evenings.

The villa consists of 3 levels. On the middle floor there is a spacious living area, a dining area for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with a lounge corner, and an outside dining area for 12. On the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of them with an extra single bed), a twin bedroom, and a large bathroom. On the upper floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a large private terrace with the most peaceful views over the olive groves.

Cleaning service before arrival and after departure, and a mid-stay clean (only when staying 10 nights or longer) are included in the rental price. An additional cleaning can be booked prior to an arrival at an additional charge.
