Barbara apartment with lake view in Ghiffa
À l'intérieur de la résidence LA SELVA sur la première colline de Ghiffa, dans une position ensoleillée et panoramique, se trouve l'appartement Barbara, entièrement rénové. Le salon lumineux dispose d'une table à manger, d'une télévision par satellite et d'un canapé-lit double. Le coin cuisine ouvert sur le séjour est bien équipé. La chambre a un lit double et une grande armoire. La salle de bain moderne est équipée d'une douche. Le séjour donne sur une grande terrasse privative d'environ 20 m2. équipée d'une table à manger, de chaises longues, et d'un parasol, d'où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le lac. Derrière la maison il y a une place de parking réservée et couverte. Dans la résidence, il y a des courts de tennis (payants), une piscine et un solarium inclus dans le prix. En face de Barbara se trouve l'appartement Bella Rosa, il est possible de les louer ensemble . A 300 m. vous rejoignez le lac et les plages. En 5 mn. en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre le centre de Verbania ou Ghiffa avec des bars, des restaurants et des boutiques et le port pour rejoindre les célèbres îles Borromées.
