This villa is a luxury contemporary villa that is full of stylish details that will delight you with comfort. Harmonized colours and high-quality materials will create a soothing ambience during your stay. A total of 4 spacious, elegant and luxurious bedrooms are available to guests, and each room has its own bathroom. The spacious modern kitchen is truly impressive, fully equipped with modern appliances and large enough for everyone to participate in the cooking. Next to the kitchen is the living room and dining room, which have direct access to the terrace with the pool. The exterior of the villa is also elegant, ideal for relaxing on deckchairs by the pool. Juršići is a small town located in the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the municipality of Svetvinčenat. It is located at 230 meters above sea level. Juršići has a total of about 190 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, animal husbandry and, more recently, tourism. The place is located in the immediate vicinity of the county road Vodnjan-Sanvičenta, which means that Juršići is well connected with the surrounding tourist places such as Vodnjan, Svetvinčenta, Fažana and Pula.
