Family Villa Ami - private minigolf, outdoors gym, heated pool - 2min from beach

Villa Ami was built in 2023 with the intention of being the perfect family getaway. Kids and adults have their own private minigolf course, an outdoors gyms, a pool table and plenty of extra space to run around. The heated pool can be fenced off at any moment and indoor stairs are equipped with safety gates. The Villa is located 150m from the sandy Roda beach which has extremely shallow waters for the first 25m making it ideal for kids to play.

Villa Amie accommodates up to 10 guests on it's own and is built right across the creek from our second Villa Jolie that also accommodates up to 11 guests offering a private tennis court, pool, heated Jacuzzi, Sauna and indoor gym room. Villa Jolie is accessible via a beautiful walking bridge (fully fenced and secured) while both Villas are surrounded by tall cypress trees providing full privacy.

The layout of Villa Amie is all on a single level (except for the loft bedroom), where every space of the house opens to the pool. The house is fitted with 6 large gliding window to create a sense of openness, spaciousness and comfort. The large outdoor sitting area, located right by the living room has also been equipped with a large BBQ for those wholesome summer family evenings.

The Village of Roda (3min walk) has plenty to offer. Great restaurants (Greek, Indian, Mexican, Italian), a local butcher and bakery, beach bars right on the shore, souvenir shops, 2 mini markets, a gym and also a medical centre. All accessible at walking distance!
