The dining area has a beautiful white glass table with a variety of coloured very comfortable leather chairs. which can be extended to sit 8 (by gently pulling either end of the table and pushing back into place), spare leather chairs on the upper landing. There are beautiful large white wooden shutters to the front. There's a dimmable beautiful multi shade glass central ceiling lamp above the table.

The generously proportioned Living room, large again with beautiful white wooden shutters to the front and sides has 3 sofas so is a very sociable room. The first sofa opposite the door is also a large single sofa bed. The bedding is in a box behind the other sofa marked sofa bed. It has a large flat screen smart tv, sky tv (with movies), a dvd player, a desk & French doors directly onto the patio area.

There's a separate utility room off the kitchen with washing machine & dryer and a handy downstairs toilet off the utility room.

The spacious master bedroom is in the first floor with the family bathroom and a spacious landing. There is also a double shower en-suite off the master bedroom.

This bedroom has the other Q box so sky is available in this bedroom.

On the second floor are 2 huge bedrooms both with seating (or work) areas and large flat screen smart TVs. There is a Jack-n-Jill en-suite between these bedrooms, with locks to both doors for privacy. On this landing there is pull out single bed also, instructions and bedding are there also.

Out the back of the house is the garden, mainly laid to patio with 2 table areas both with large parasols. A large corner seating area with very comfortable cushions which are kept behind the sofa near the French doors at night. There's a bbq (please clean out for the next guests if used).
