We stopped for 3 nights and were impressed with the accommodation, everywhere was clean and of a high standard. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and everything had been thought of. We also appreciated the lovely welcome basket too. We hope to visit again.

Orchard Barns is just wonderful.

Orchard Barns is just wonderful. We were celebrating milestone birthdays and Ella even decorated some of the rooms in advance of our arrival- such fabulous service. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property. Excellent quality mattresses on the beds and we all slept really well. We will definitely be back. Ella was so responsive and easy to communicate with- thanks for everything Ella.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well furnished and decorated and equipped with everything

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well furnished and decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for us to spread out and pursue different activities. Bedrooms were very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Games room with a lovely range of games was a bonus. The host Ella provided lots of useful information about the accommodation and responded quickly to enquiries made before our stay. There was a welcome basket with local goodies - a lovely extra. The hot tub was checked daily. The garden is safely enclosed and great for children. If we had better weather it would have been ideal for a barbeque. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely lovely accommodation with everything you could possibly need.

Absolutely lovely accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Very clean and homely. Really great communication before check in which was supper helpful. We were 6 adults and 2 children, there was lots of room we at noTime felt on top of each other. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen on a self catering kitchen. Beds were supper comfy and tvs in every room.

We went to this property to celebrate a 30th Birthday and a 60th Birthday and i cannot thank the host enough for how comfotable and enjoyable they made this experience. It is the most well equipped self catering home we have been too. We had everything we needed and with 9 adults, 2 children and a dog never felt like we was in each others spaces. The house was so clean and all cleaning products available if we needed them. I cannot recommend this location enough. Will definitely be returning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchard Barns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchard Barns. The countryside location provided plenty of peace and privacy, and we were lucky enough to visit while the farmers were harvesting their potatoes in the field opposite. There are a few small warehouses behind the property but, as we were out and about during the day, this was not an issue in terms of noise. The cottage is very well equipped with the highlights being a huge American fridge freezer and plenty of pots and pans for a party of 10 to cook with, a brilliant games room which the owner has clearly placed a lot of thought in to, and a selection of outdoor toys (including goalposts and ball) and a hot tub. The one thing to note, however, is that within the description of the property, it doesn't mention that two of the double rooms with ensuite are located in the annex which are accessed via the games room, while the master bedroom and two zip link rooms are in the main house (This did alter our bedroom set up slightly on arrival as the layout wasn't quite how we had imagined). Overall, however, a fabulous time was had by all!
