Welcome to this charming villa on the outskirts of Campos. It accommodates 9 people.
The exteriors are very nice as it has a large garden with artificial grass, a chlorine pool of 10 x 5m with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 2 m, two porches, one of them equipped with a barbecue, wood oven and kitchen.

The house of 317 m2 distributed in three floors, has five bedrooms, one on the ground floor with double bed, three on the first floor, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds, one of them with bathroom en suite; and one on the second floor with double bed. There is one bedroom with A/C. A cot and high chair are available. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are three more bathrooms serving the whole house, two with shower on the first floor and one with bathtub on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cosy, with two sofas, a small table, TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room, situated in a rural setting, has a long table with two benches. The kitchen-dining room, independent and gas, is fully equipped to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is oil central heating throughout the accommodation.

The house together with its natural surroundings transmits tranquillity and peace. It is located 3 km from the village of Campos where you will find everything you need for your stay, whether supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, medical centre, etc.. Also at only 14 km you will find one of the best beaches of the island, Es Trenc, as well as many other beaches and coves. And only 30 km away is Palma, where you will find all kinds of leisure, shops, sightseeing, etc.
