This cutting-edge villa will delight you at first sight. It is located only 50 meters from the sea in the small coastal town of Sveti Petar na moru. It is 18 km away from Zadar, which is known as the capital of North Dalmatia. It is rich in cultural and historical heritage, as well as gastronomic offer. You will be delighted with numerous beaches and bays around Zadar and the islands. You can enjoy the excursions to Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls or the unforgettable Kornati.

St. Petar itself attracts its visitors with beautiful beaches for all ages, crystal clear sea and a view of the Pašman channel. The beaches stretch along the entire coast, and there are plenty of Mediterranean restaurants and bars waiting for you.

Driving down the coast, you will immediately notice this state-of-the-art villa surrounded by greenery. You will be greeted by a spacious yard with an outdoor heated pool surrounded by deckchairs and a covered grill with dining furniture. Everything is surrounded by flowers and grass and invites you to spend the whole day outside. The terrace and outdoor pool are made of fine travertine stone, which gives a special atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining room. There is also a fireplace in the living room for fresh spring evenings. Upstairs, 4 beautifully decorated rooms await you, two with double beds size 200x210 and two with two single beds that can be joined. Each room has access to a balcony and an amazing view of the sea.

This villa also offers 5 parking spaces and boat mooring for free that is located only 500 m from the house, thus if you are coming with a boat, you can be carefree.
