Casa Marisol is a 5-bed vacation home in San Foca, marina of Melendugno, among the most famous resorts of Salento on the Adriatic coast. The house is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV.
The apartment is just 100 meters from the seafront,
on the second floor of a complex of terraced houses, and guarantees
tranquility and relaxation a stone`s throw from the sea and the town
center. Pets allowed.

A
gate leads to the courtyard of Casa Marisol on the ground floor. Stairs
to the second floor start from here. From a small veranda you enter the
vacation home with its essential and cozy rooms, furnished with
simplicity.
The entrance is into a large living room where there is an open kitchenette, dining room, sofa and TV. The terrace of the living room, from which you can see the sea, is equipped with a washing machine and wash basin.
A hallway leads from the living room to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one of which is triple with double bed + single, and 1 twin bedroom
with single beds. The interior is completed by 1 shower room. From the
twin room, there is also access to the terrace of the living room.

Casa Marisol is located near the center of San Foca,
marina of Melendugno located on the Adriatic coast, famous for its
beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea and the quality of services that
every year earns it the prestigious Blue Flag award.
The location
of the vacation home allows you to reach in a few minutes walk the sea,
the promenade, all services and commercial activities of the lively
resort, located between Specchia Ruggeri and Roca Vecchia.
There
are many equipped lidos nearby, as well as restaurants, bars and
pizzerias. The nearest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 100 meters
away. From the port of San Foca it is possible to reach the Baia dei
Turchi and visit the various caves on the beautiful stretch of coast on
the Adriatic Sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
