Very relaxing

Lovely place, everything we needed was provided for. Enclosed garden for our 3 dogs, access into adjoining field for morning dog walks. Caroline was lovely and was always on hand when we needed to enquire about anything. And the biggest bonus was 4 days out of 7 the weather was glorious Already booked for next year !!!!

Beautiful holiday home

Hunters Lodge is a fabulous discovery. Everything high quality and very comfortable, we felt instantly at home. Claudia the dog was in her element happy in the safe garden. Convenient for Bude and en route we found everything we needed in Marhamchuch excellent village shop. Caroline was an wonderful hostess. Thank you 😊

A fab holiday let!

We had a lovely stay here at Hunter's Lodge. Very well appointed, simply but beautifully decorated and furnished, bedroom was lovely, the bed was sooo comfortable that we almost didn't get out of it one of our days Beautiful bathroom with a double-ended bath 🤗 and separate shower. Very nicely finished. Living room comfy with nice leather sofas and a decent smart telly Kitchen us awesome! Made me happy whenever I entered. Stylish fitted kitchen, lovely granite worktops, appliances all top quality. Location is very quiet, lovely views over the fields from the back. Caroline is very friendly and accommodating, everything was ready for us when we arrived. Your lemon drizzle cake was superb, thank you! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Great place to stay with dogs

Really lovely property with all amenities. Enclosed garden leading to open fields is a great bonus if you have dogs. Very quiet and private.

Enjoyable stay at a great property

We all really enjoyed our stay at Hunters Lodge. The property is immaculately clean but with a familiar homely feel that we immediately relaxed into. The location was great, just 10 mins from some great beaches and plenty of other attractions nearby. Would definitely recommend and visit again, 10/10 from us.

Oasis

Lovely property close to the two local beaches (10mins) and in an area of natural beauty. Quality furnishings, luxury touches and very very comfortable. Bude is fun, the property is great and if you have the weather it’s better than going abroad.

Lovely stay for Christmas

We had a cosy and quiet Christmas at Hunters Lodge, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need to actually cook, the bed was so comfortable I want to bring the mattress home with me! We loved the fireplace and enclosed garden, it was perfect for our dog and the fire for warming up after a wet walk! The only downside was fireworks being let off next door on Christmas Day whilst our dog was in the garden which terrified him, a warning would have been nice before hand so we could keep him in. A proper food bin would have been handy too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we’re grateful to get away for Christmas in such a beautiful part of the country.

Great cottage and location

Beautiful cottage, good enclosed garden and a field to walk the dog. Great location far enough into the countryside to feel remote, but near enough to facilities to get want you need and want. Looking forward to staying there again.

Excellent but booking confusion

The property was absolutely excellent. The booking stated we were staying in one property and when we arrived there were tenants in the property. After locating the owners (on holiday) we were informed that we were booked into adjacent property which was open and we should have tried the door. Otherwise the stay was exceptional and very enjoyable.

Thank you for review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Hunters Lodge which was the cottage you had booked. The confusion at the start as I explained was because HomeAway advertise multiple cottages on one site in one advert. Description and pics are bundled together. This may make it confusing all though this is the first time we have had a guest confused about which cottage they are staying in.

Beautiful home

Lovely cottage with everything you need. Massive kitchen, great beds, walk in shower, whirlpool bath and secure garden. Super clean and lovely decor. Parking right outside the house. We loved it x
