- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm

A) the house rules state that all rubbish must be thrown away and disposed of, otherwise we would have to withhold €30 from the security deposit.

D) in case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
