Apartment in the tranquil heart of Albufeira, on Praceta dos Caliços, just 10 minutes walk from the Fishermen's and Peneco beaches. Its location is ideal, just a few metres from the city centre and the charming old town of Albufeira. Fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area are available. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people, perfect for families and friends. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with free Wi-Fi. Its central location makes it easy to access the main points of interest in Albufeira. All the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay are available.

Charming accommodation with a perfect location

Our stay in Albufeira was wonderful, especially thanks to the local accommodation we booked. The apartment had a lovely rustic charm, with stone walls, wooden beams, and traditional Portuguese decor. It felt authentic and cozy, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What we loved most was the location—it was just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, so we could easily stroll through the charming streets of the historic center, enjoy the local cafes, and discover hidden gems. Being able to walk to everything was a huge advantage, and the peaceful atmosphere of our accommodation made it the perfect retreat. .

Authentic stay close to the historic heart of Albufeira

Our stay in Albufeira was exceptional, largely due to the great accommodation we found. The apartment was decorated with rustic Portuguese elements, like terracotta tiles, wooden furniture, and warm colors, which made it feel very homey and welcoming. We felt like we were experiencing the true spirit of Albufeira. The best part was the location—just a short walk from the Old Town. We could easily explore the historic streets, visit the Praça da Velha and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional charm. .

Charming retreat in Albufeira

Our weekend in Albufeira was unforgettable, and a big part of that was due to the accommodation. We stayed in a delightful pousada with a rustic design, featuring wooden beams, soft colors, and simple yet elegant décor that perfectly matched the peaceful atmosphere of the area. The location was fantastic as we were just a short walk from the Old Town, which allowed us to explore the lively streets, discover the Praça dos Pescadores, and enjoy the vibrant local culture. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to return to such a tranquil retreat. The combination of traditional design, comfort, and being so close to everything made this an amazing experience. .

There were several issues when we arrived, most of which the property management company addressed in the first 48 hours (which we appreciated, but having cleaners and technicians in the space half a dozen times was an inconvenience). Despite the cleaning, the smell of mold persisted, and they decided not to replace the TV with a blown-out speaker (so we couldn't watch TV). The power would go out all the time (sometimes it would blow out when using the kettle, sometimes when using two elements on the stove), and we would have to reset it. The condition of the property is not good. The bathroom floor is spongy and in need of repair; the walls need fresh paint; the furniture is tattered; and there's an issue with the kitchen sink that causes sewer odors and mold in the cabinet below. There is no heat, but they did provide a small space heater (in the bedroom closet). We found the other reviews to be inaccurate - note there are no wooden beams or stone walls. The wifi was fast and stable (when the power didn't trip off). We were there for 2 weeks and would not recommend it for long stays for all of these reasons. The location is walkable to Old Town and grocery stores. There is parking outside the building and you can usually find a spot, which is convenient.

We had a fantastic time in Albufeira, and our stay at this accommodation made it even better. The apartment was cozy and beautifully rustically decorated, with an inviting, homely feel. We loved the traditional touches like hand-painted ceramics and wooden furniture, which really gave it an authentic vibe. The accommodation was perfectly situated, just a short walk from the Old Town, allowing us to easily explore the historic center and its stunning views of the sea. We enjoyed wandering through the streets, soaking up the local atmosphere, and being able to walk back to our comfortable apartment whenever we needed a break. .

Conforto e tradição a poucos minutos da cidade velha

PassĂĄmos uma semana maravilhosa em Albufeira e o alojamento foi uma das melhores partes da nossa estadia. O apartamento tinha um estilo rĂșstico e acolhedor, com uma decoração que remetia para as tradiçÔes da regiĂŁo. Cada detalhe fez com que nos sentĂ­ssemos em sintonia com a cultura do Algarve. O ambiente, calmo e descontraĂ­do, foi ideal para descontrair apĂłs os passeios pela cidade. A localização era excelente, jĂĄ que a cidade velha estava bem ao alcance, permitindo-nos explorar as suas praças, igrejas e cafĂ©s Ă  vontade. À noite, a poucos minutos a pĂ©, podĂ­amos nos perder nas ruas de paralelepĂ­pedos, absorvendo a energia Ășnica do local. A proximidade com o centro histĂłrico fez toda a diferença, pois podĂ­amos facilmente voltar para o nosso alojamento sempre que precisĂĄvamos de um descanso entre os passeios. .

Aconchego e charme perto da cidade velha

A nossa estadia em Albufeira foi ainda mais especial graças ao alojamento encantador que escolhemos. FicĂĄmos em um alojamento com decoração rĂșstica e acolhedora, que nos fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. As madeiras expostas e o toque vintage dos mĂłveis deram um charme extra ao ambiente, tornando-o perfeito para relaxar apĂłs um dia de passeios. A localização nĂŁo poderia ser melhor: a cidade velha estava a uma curta caminhada de distĂąncia, permitindo-nos explorar as ruas estreitas e as lojas locais com facilidade. TambĂ©m aproveitamos para jantar em alguns dos restaurantes tradicionais, que estavam a poucos passos do nosso alojamento. A combinação da tranquilidade do nosso hotel e a proximidade com a animação da cidade velha foi simplesmente perfeita. .
