Stayed 2 weeks and would stay again!!!

Had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. The location was great, we took many day trips and was always happy to return to this warm, comfortable condo. I would highly recommend it!

Nice Price

This central location is great, and the condo has all of the amenities of a vacation home. The internet did not work, and our cell service through Verizon was also not working for us and our friends. There really is no other reason not to book here. The condo is clean and large with ample parking. The location is really nice for Phoenix. The biggest issue is not being able to use the internet for work.

Jennifer I thought I would send you a response about the internet in the condo. Both of the tenants before and after you said the internet was working fine. The tenants after said that sometimes the login would change to Cox Wi-Fi if they left and came back. They just logged in again with my settings. FYI. Thanks Joe

No air conditioner

We arrived and while looking for the lockbox for the key to open the door, we were attacked by bees. All total my wife was stung once and myself 6 times. I texted the owner to let him know about the situation. His response felt like he was a little skeptical of what I was telling him, and just said try getting some water or spray. Now, I understand the owner has no control over the bees, but his attitude seemed very condescending. A short while later, he texted back saying one of the neighbors was able to get the key and I could pick it up from him. Once inside, I was initially impressed with the condo and its furnishings in the TV room and kitchen. I adjusted the A/C thermostat to begin cooling things off. Once we went inside the the bathrooms, it was apparent that the property had not been cleaned recently because of the water stains in the toilet. Most of the flat surfaces were dusty as well. While unpacking, we realized the bed mattresses were very low quality in both bedrooms. It was during the night when I woke up due to the heat in the property. I knew something was wrong with the A/C because the temp was back up to 78 with thermostat set to 72. I turned the unit off and left it off for a few minutes before turning it back on, and this seemed to correct the issue. I went back to bed but woke up again later and realized it was not working properly. The next day we were out of the condo for most of the day. When we returned I texted the owner to let him know about the issue with the A/C. His response was to do exactly like I had done during the night. That trick would work for about 45 mins or less then the A/C would go back to not cooling. I texted the owner again that night before going to bed and never received a response until the next morning. Owner replied he would have someone there that day to check the A/C. No one ever came that day. Owner texted saying someone would be there next day. When the repairman did arrive he replaced thermostat and said that would fix it. The AC was blowing cold when he left, one hour later back to same issue. The repairman came again the next day, did not do anything different other than the off/on trick and left saying call if that did not work. That was the last we saw or heard from repairman and the last text I received from the owner was that night asking if AC was fixed. I responded no. All the next day the condo was without AC, temp reaching 86. It was so bad we checked into a hotel.

Great location/noisy neighbors

Let me start with saying that we really enjoyed our 1 month stay and we were very comfortable at the condo. It was stocked with everything we needed including some spices and condiments that we needed when preparing our meals. The bed was comfy and the condo was very clean. And we loved the location which was close to anywhere we wanted to go. The pool/jacuzzi closest to the condo was closed most of the time we were there undergoing repairs, but it did open up our last couple of days and was really lovely. It wasn’t a big deal since the other pool area was open and that was nice too, but didn’t have a jacuzzi. The exercise room was well equipped and my husband enjoyed using it throughout our stay. Our only criticism, and it’s a pretty big one, is the noise from the upstairs unit. Evidently they have hardwood floors throughout so you hear EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if there is anything that can be done since we did let Joseph know and it still didn’t help, but towards the end of our stay, it really became very distracting. So if you aren’t bothered my noise, I would 1000% recommend.

Eventually worked out....

Upon arrival we found that the property had not been cleaned and the refrigerator was not working. After a two day drive this was disappointing. The owner did get both issues resolved and fixed by 7pm the next day. We did stay in a hotel that first night, he did reimburse us for some of that cost. The condo had the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and workout room are close by. There is good parking at the complex and the neighborhood felt safe. The AC started to fail at the end of our stay. Overall it's a good property that was just in need of some maintenance.

Great time

We had a lot of fun here, it was nice and spacious! So well equipped for anything, tons of towels, all the kitchen supplies you could need, coolers, everything. The bed was a little firm but other than that it was great 😊

Great Stay visiting Family

Excellent! Excellent!! Nice Location, Well stocked, Beds very comfortable, Close to the Pool, Very close to numerous stores/food, Owner was great to work with. Checked how it was going and if needed anything. I would recommend this property to anyone. Only problem was we had to head back home.

Winter get away

Joseph was very good at checking in with us and finding out if we needed anything. Great location for golfing, hiking and shopping around Phoenix. Only negative was the noise at various hours of day or night from the apartment above us.

AZ vacation

This rental property was exactly as advertised. Great location, just down the stairs to pool and spa. Close to major highways; it didn’t take us long to get where we wanted to be. Also easy access out of Phoenix to get to Sedona. Joe was easy to contact and responded quickly to every inquiry I had before and during our stay.

Great location

This property is in a great location. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Joe was very helpful on check in as well as trying to resolve issues with the shower. The pool area is lovely. Unfortunately the apartment is a bit dark and needs some updates.

Great city condo

Check in was easy and Joe was very detailed with info about the condo. We had an issue with adjusting the water temp. He was very responsive and had a plumber fix the problem and then communicated with us again the next day to make sure everything was working properly. The condo complex is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot whirlpool each morning.

Great stay

Great location with comfortable furniture and beds. Great TVs and lots of room in the unit. The only issue we had was adjusting the water temp in the showers.

The condo was a nice location with the pool practically right out the door. Hiking was close and food was just around the corner. There was plenty of towels and bedding available, and things that we didn't even know would be nice to have were in the condo. (ketchup, mustard, etc) Joe was easily reachable with any questions.

Really great place!!

This was our first trip to Arizona. This condo was like home away from home. The unit was fully stocked with all the essentials, plus. Washer & dryer available in the unit, gas grill on the porch, a few short steps to the nice pool and hot tub. Really quiet area. Joe was a great host and kept in touch during our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer.

GREAT LOCATION AND SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD

We found this condo very suitable for all our needs as described. We love this area for many reasons, firstly it was only 10 minutes from the airport ~ 10 minute walk to buy groceries and very accessible to the main highways. The complex grounds are beautifully manicured show casing a quiet oasis of sensory pleasures surrounding the pool. (Did get stung by a bee while in the pool, however, The condo had an amazing well equipped first aid kit that came in most useful for my topical pain with much relief) thanks Joe for this. Joe was very personable and provided us with great information regarding this area. We would love to stay again, and recommend this comfortable condo to others. The apt was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, hottub and gym.

The apt was nice and convenient. It was supplied with almost everything we needed. Liked having the Laundry in the apt. Liked having the security gate at night. The grill needs repair, Had to turn the tank off to shut off the side burner. Was out of gas when we came and had to take it to exchange it. The lid was loose also. We did not have air conditioning the entire stay. The technician was in several times to measure the opening and the unit in the hall ceiling. They got the unit to install the last week we were there. Everyday for a week, we left by 8:30 until about 5 when they quit for the day. I had to dust and vacuum after they left each day. It was not fixed yet when we left. The nights were uncomfortably warm to sleep. We also had problems with water leaking from the ceiling fan in the main bathroom. We made lots of phone calls for help finding out what the problem was, but we finally made contact with the tenants in the apt. above us. They found the problem with their new refrigerator water line not being hooked up properly. They had remodeled their apt and have hard wood floors so we heard every step they took. The other thing that the property managers could change is not starting mowing and yard vacuuming at 7:00 in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. These problems are probably not the norm. The rent was a little pricey.
