Millie is excellent! Very accommodating. The condo was perfect. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The check in and check out process was perfect, the instructions she provided made it very simple. Millie contacted us after a couple days to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions, we were very impressed that the host would follow up with the guests to make sure there no concerns. The lake was just outside our patio. It was awesome to walk around the lake or to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. The pool area is close to the condo unit also which made it very convenient. All in all it was a perfect experience. We will definitely be going back next year.Denny & Leslie

Everything was just as described. The location in the city was good and the location of the condo on the property was great. It was a first floor corner unit with an enclosed patio facing the lake. Perfect! On our next trip to Phoenix, we will definitely want to stay here again. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and helpful. All good!

The host was great at communicating with us about our arrival and stay. The condo was very clean and was as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The kitchen had everything we needed and is close to a Walmart for getting supplies for our stay. The master bed was comfortable. It was only my husband and I so we didn't use the 2nd bedroom. We really enjoyed our morning walks around the lake. We would definitely stay again when visiting Phoenix.

‹We enjoyed a week stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. The location was great for exploring the area, and we so appreciated the comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and our host was very responsive when the A/C wasn't working. It was an easy fix, just required new batteries in the thermostat. The unit was very clean ,well stocked and the decor was very nice. The veranda was wonderful to relax in with our morning coffee and walking the trail around the lake was a definite plus.We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Phoenix in the future.

The facility was great just as described. Cleanliness was immaculate. It was very quiet and evening noise was minimal. Cooked out at one of the grills and they were well taken care of. Communication with the host was easy. They had an amazing loop around the lake and enjoyed it everu morning and evening. Covered porch was so relaxing and peaceful especially when it rained. Some suggestions would be to have addtl supplies ie. aluminum foil and some storage bags for small items. A smaller cooler would be nice also. They were very well stocked in condimentsand those small necessities. I will definately stay here again or with the host and other facilities in the future

Check-in was easy with the lockbox. Kitchen had the basic supplies in it. Notebook had some dining and shopping ideas, as well as all the check out criteria. The condo is easy access to 17 and 101.Beautiful sunset from the condo

Very impressed upon arrival. Beautiful view of the lake from the screened in porch. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to the pool was easy. Had everything we needed for our stay! Check in was easy with clear instructions provided.

Great property and host!

We stayed at this condo for a week while in Phoenix. Our experience from booking to post-checkout was nothing but great! The property itself has a fantastic lake view. Communication with the host (and their people) was excellent - they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. A week or so after checking out we realized that we'd left a few items behind. Making arrangements to get them back couldn't have been easier! I would definitely recommend this property and this host to anybody looking for a stay in Phoenix. We'll be looking for this property's availability for future trips to the area.

Certainly will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided for us
and then some! The condo was lovely- especially the screened in porch which overlooks the lake! We spent a lot of free time there. We would highly recommend this great place!

Wish I could give more stars

We have stayed at other units in this complex because of its proximity to GCU and we love this location but this unit was our favorite! It's clean and updated and the decor is fun and updated. The furniture is comfortable and the porch is screened making indoor and outdoor living possible. Host was responsive and check out and check in was easy. A true 5 star plus experience!

Spring Break getaway

I was a little apprehensive at first only because I realized it is more of a retirement like community. This apprehension was short lived. We walked the trail daily and went to the pool and everyone we came in contact with was kind and welcoming. The location was close to anything we needed and the home was comfortable and cozy. Millie (the owner) was pleasant to chat with and quick to respond to the one question I had during our stay. Turns out we resided in the same city! (Small world) We’d love to come back again!

Relaxing Stay at a Beautiful Property

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week and enjoyed every moment! This updated home was exceptionally clean, well-decorated(!!), comfortable (including the screened patio with great furniture), located in a highly accessible and quiet neighborhood, and was very well appointed. Reviews from others who have stayed at this location were all excellent - we absolutely agree! And the host was very responsive. We definitely would stay at this home again during a return visit to the Phoenix area.

Nice place.

Enjoyed our stay. A little smaller than we expected but it worked. Driving got sketchy, but we just avoided that direction. Pool was nice and heated! We would rent again.

African Paradise in Arizona

Great site with view and access to lake. Owner's responsive to needs and accessible. Fun and pleasant decor. Very complete stocking of supplies and kitchenware. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean. We bring our own cleaning wipes and even the closet shelf was immaculate. Pool at hot tub were great. Very relaxing stay.

WE lost the game but had a great place to stay

The property was as advertised. Very nice with great amenities. Close to shopping, places to eat, and sporting events. We could not get the app to download when we got there, so we called the property manager and had to leave a message. They call us back within 2 minutes and were friendly and efficient in resolving our problem and got us right in. thank you for a great experience and a very nice place to stay. Hope to be back soon!

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of it's stunning views of the lake and the feeling of serenity and peacefulness within the home. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.
