The Suite, located on the second floor of the structure, is the most evocative location of the Villa "Il San Carlo". It enjoys a "breathtaking view" of the entire coastal stretch between Ortigia and the Island of Capo Passero and the hills of the Val di Noto.
Its particular liveability is also guaranteed by the design of the foldaway beds, the comfortable "bioclimatic tent" and over 150 square meters of terraces, with large windows that allow you to "admire the sunrise and sunset" for an unforgettable memory of the colors of Sicily.
The loft has been treated in detail and we have made sure to respect the original characteristics of the Val di Noto with wise use of Modica stone and lava stone. There is also a beautiful outdoor masonry kitchen (also equipped with a barbecue) to make breakfasts, lunches and dinners even more pleasant.
An outdoor masonry shower will give you refreshment during your relaxation in the sun.
The splendid salt water swimming pool of the "San Carlo" (6 meters wide, 12 meters long, 1.50 meters deep) is located in a large green area of approximately 1500 mq with plants, palms and fruit trees typical of Sicily.
The large perimeter flooring and the comfortable sun loungers will allow guests to enjoy pleasant relaxation.
The swimming pool - for common use by guests of the Girasole, Paradiso, Gelsomino and Suite villas - is currently under construction and will be usable from May 1st 2024.

Almost all the rooms offer a view of the sea, being the Villa located on the end of the small gulf of the Tonnara di Avola, where in the evening, becoming a pedestrian area closed to traffic, you can enjoy the typical Sicilian delicacies of the various restaurants, wine-bars, sushi-bars, ice cream parlors, fishmongers and much more...
The beaches in front of the apartments are among one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily, with crystal clear water, and a small cliff, where poets and fishermen meet in the evenings to experience the "diversity" and "beauty" of the sea, giving a unique experience to the people visiting. for the "view" and for the "palate", this will surely lead you to return To this "unique place to find new places yet to be discovered".
The villa can also be accommodated entirely (for a total of 26 beds) with the possibility, therefore, to be lived "in an even more exclusive way".

Rules of Villa:

-Check-out is "mandatory" by 10.00, while check-in is after 16.00 in order to allow for proper cleaning of the villas.
-Access to the Structure and the accommodation will take place via an "electronic opening code".
-Allow access to the gardener for garden care.
-Respect for guests' relaxation is required in order to allow a pleasant stay at the Il San Carlo facility.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
-Pets are not allowed (even if they are small).
-Separate waste collection is mandatory (containers will be present in the apartments together with the weekly calendar).
-The awnings (all electric) must be closed during the night, in case of rain, wind and when guests are not present in the apartments.
Sunbeds cannot be left on the beach.
-In the event of rain, the cushions of outdoor lounges must be placed indoors as they are "not waterproof".
-Prices include all utility costs (water, electricity, air conditioning and heating, gas, etc...)
-The change of sheets and towels may be requested only for stays longer than 7 days.
-The priority of safeguarding and protecting the environment will result in the non-return of the deposit in the event of non-compliance with the rules of separate waste collection.
