Perfect location to explore Avola/Siracusa area!

Salvatore was hospitable and helpful with local dining recommendations! The apartment is clean and spacious with a private outdoor patio that has chairs for lounging and a dining table. It was helpful to have a washing machine during our extended stay. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were very useful at the lovely, sandy beach that is just a short walk from the apartment. There are many fabulous dining options just a short walk in either direction along the sea and it’s not far to the historic center of Avola with more restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets very near the rental, also. It was an easy drive into Siracusa for a couple days of sightseeing - Isla de Ortigia and Neapolis Archaeological Park. Grazie & Arrivederci, Salvatore!

Excellent emplacement et appartement fort confortable et très propre . Salvatore très accueillant et accessible à nos besoins par ex serviettes et draps de rechange . Toutefois il manquait d’informations sur place pour petite épicerie sicilienne, café et autres . Pas d’informations sur les moments de poubelles, recyclage. Pas de sacs pour épicerie, manque de papier de toilette et de savon pour la lessive . Nous avons acheté et laissé du papier de toilette un sac pour épicerie, plus le savon pour la lessive . Nous avons aussi enlevés les draps des lits et mis les serviettes au lavage . Nous recommanderons cet endroit à nos amis , nous avons adoré demeurer pendant 15 jours à Avola et dans cet appartement

Merci beaucoup. Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'une location de vacances et non d'une chambre d'hôtes ; vous ne trouverez donc ni produits d'entretien, ni sacs, ni aucun autre article de toilette. Du papier toilette était fourni à votre arrivée, mais vous devrez acheter un deuxième ou un troisième rouleau, par respect pour votre intimité. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site web.

Super séjour !

Nous avons été reçu comme des proches par Salvatore, l’appartement est spacieux, mention spéciale pour la véranda où l’on passe une bonne partie de la journée. Notre hôte a été d’une aide précieuse durant tout notre séjour, aide rendue avec le cœur :) mention spéciale pour la localisation à deux pas de la plage !! Merci pour ce charmant accueil sicilien, nous espérons revenir !

Ein großzügiges Appartement mit weitläufiger Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage (Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). 5 Minuten zu Bucht mit Sandstrand, Restaurants sowie Bar/Bistrot. Mehrere Supermärkte per Auto erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche von z.B. Syrakus und Noto.

Der gastfreundlichste Vermieter

Ein tolles Appartement, sehr sauber , sehr viel Platz mit einer sehr großen Terrasse auf der schattigen Seite und in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse. Bis zum schönen Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu laufen. Salvo ist der gastfreundlichste Vermieter! Vielen Dank lieber Salvo für deine Fürsorge! Wir kommen unbedingt wieder. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage Urlaub in dem Appartment in Avola. Die Wohnung ist nur ein paar Meter vom wunderschönen Strand von Avola entfernt! Uns hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit allen Sachen die man für einen Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet (inkl Strandstühlen etc). Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen (inkl Willkommensgruß in Form von Wein und leckeren Mandelkeksen), vom Gastgeber haben wir sehr gute Informationen und Tipps für Restaurants, Keramik und Unternehmung bekommen und er war jederzeit erreichbar, alles in allem sehr gut und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Danke für Alles, Salvo!

Appartamento ad Avola

Apartement bardzo komfortowy, zgodny z opisem. Klimatyzacja i internet działają bardzo dobrze. Pichotą do piaszczystej plaży około 5 minut, do centrum miasta około 15 minut. Aby poruszać się po okolicy dorze mieć samochód. Włąściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Gorąco polecam! Appartamento molto confortevole, coerente con la descrizione. L'aria condizionata e internet funzionano molto bene. Pichotta alla spiaggia sabbiosa circa 5 minuti, al centro città circa 15 minuti. Per muoversi è bene avere una macchina. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente! Very comfortable apartment, consistent with the description. Air conditioning and internet work very well. Pichotta to the sandy beach about 5 minutes, to the city center about 15 minutes. To move around, it's good to have a car. The owner is very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend!

prima volta in sicilia

Tutto perfetto!!! abbiamo trascorso davvero dei bei giorni ad Avola, Salvatore gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove andare a cena o a deliziarci degli ottimi dolci siciliani. La casa è perfetta, comoda,spaziosa, pulita,con tutto quello che può servire durante la vacanza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa....grazie

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ziele im Südwesten Siziliens

Freundlicher Vermieter, gute Einweisung. Außerdem positiv: Terrassenmöblierung, Strandnähe, kein Parkplatzproblem. Grundsätzlich ruhige Wohnlage, aber kläffender Hund im Haus. Die Matratzen der drei Betten sind von ziemlich weich bis zu fest. Küche leider fensterlos, nur von außen nicht zu verschließende Glastür. Licht über Badspiegel fehlt. Guter Standort, um Ziele im Südwesten Siziliens zu erreichen.

Great apartment, great family

Fantastic apartment, situated close to the sea. Extremely friendly owners greeted us with a bottle of local wine and then cared for our comfort. The first time we decided to travel without the hotels canteen, but well-equipped kitchen, clean rooms made the whole stay was satisfactory. Local food, attractions and area will be remembered for many years. Thank you Salvatore, I am sure that we will meet in the future

Ferienhaus am Meer-perfekt zum Entspannen!

Ich verbrachte gemeinsam mit meinem Freund eine Woche im Ferienhaus Gwendolyn- besser hätten wir es kaum haben können! Wir waren leider ohne Auto unterwegs, die Familie Burgaretta war allerdings so nett und hilfsbereit, uns vom Bahnhof abzuholen und hat uns immer wieder angeboten, uns mitzunehmen, falls wir etwas brauchen sollten. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig, eigentlich sogar zu groß für uns beide (ein Schlafzimmer blieb unberührt) und verfügte über alles Nötige und noch mehr- bei unserer Ankunft standen Wein und leckeres Mandelgebäck für uns bereit. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoß der riesigen Villa- mit extra Eingang. Die oberen Stockwerke werden von der Familie Burgaretta bewohnt. In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das traumhaft saubere Meer mit Sandstrand. Danke lieber Salvatore für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Impeccabile

L'alloggio é spazioso, arredato in modo semplice e grazioso, trovato perfettamente pulito, funzionale e tutto è recente. I proprietari sono estremamente ospitali, professionale e discreti, (diremmo anche molto atletici!) e sempre a disposizione abitando nella palazzina. Zona silenziosa e anche se non é ne sul mare ne in centro citta, in pochi istanti é tutto raggiungibile comodamente. Litorali e dintorni di Avola meravigliosi, ma tutta la Sicilia del Sud é a un'ora di auto e ogni diversivo alle spiagge é immediato da organizzare e raggiungere. Ci torniamo di sicuro. Ottimo !

La Casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, fresca, in posizione silenziosa e comoda per la spiaggia. Avola è in una posizione centrale e pertanto molto comodo per visitare la zona fra Siracusa,Ragusa e Marzamemi, posti meravigliosi. Salvatore è stato veramente gentile e ci accolto facendoci sentire di 'famiglia'. Lo consiglio e se ritornerò in zona soggiornerò nuovamente in questo bell'appartamento. Grazie

Bellissima vacanza rilassante!!!

Eccellente soggiorno!

Ho soggiornato presso Casa vacanza Guendalina durante la prima settimana di agosto con amici. La struttura è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, arredi nuovi, funzionalissima.In casa non manca nulla: frigo, lavatrice, phon, set di tovaglie, ombrelloni, accessori cucina. La villetta si trova a circa 150 mt dal mare, in un vialetto tranquillissimo. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, gentili, sempre disponibili, non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla anzi, ci hanno persino 'viziato' con alcuni prodotti tipici, ci hanno dato consigli sui posti da visitare senza essere invadenti, lasciandoci i nostri spazi. Mi è capitato anche altre volte di soggiornare in casette vacanze, ma questa è stata la mia esperienza più bella in assoluto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, lo consiglio a tutti! Se in futuro mi capiterà di ritornare ad Avola, già so dove andare :)

In una sola parola: DA SOGNO

Un soggiorno da sogno. La casa è da poco stata ristrutturata e curata nei minimi particolari. I punti forti di questa casa sono: il mare a pochi passi , la vicinanza al centro, la totale tranquillità che circonda la casa e la grande disponibilità del proprietario. L'accoglienza è stata meravigliosa sotto ogni punto di vista. il proprietario era sempre disponibile a dispensare consigli su dove recarsi per trascorrere una giornata di relax. Una settimana di pieno RELAX!.

Eccellente pernottamento!

Ho soggiornato presso Casa vacanza Guendalina durante la prima settimana di agosto con amici. ho soggiornato a luglio è stato tutto perfetto.

Villa stupenda e tutti i mobili di nuovo arredo. Posizione a pochi passi dal mare e a pochi minuti da noto e siracusa. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili al massimo. Grazie per un sogno di vacanza. Consigliatissimo.
