7 Beachdown in Challaborough, Devon sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for eight guests and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms all reside on the ground-floor and consist of one super-king-size , one with an en-suite shower room, and two king-size, a twin bed (zip/link, can be super king requested one week in advance) all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a enclosed rear decking with furniture and barbecue, a raised-level terrace and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available. 7 Beachdown is a fabulous abode for a family or group of friends in Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.
