Villa Malvasia sits in an excellent location just a 10 minute stroll from the popular Rubicon Marina. Delightfully modern, this lovely property offers space, style and comfort throughout. Interiors are thoughtfully designed with all bedrooms being en suite and the open plan living space flowing nicely out to the pool terrace. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Malvasia has a prime position in Playa Blanca, just over a 10 minute stroll from the chic setting of the Rubicon Marina. Here youâll find a great choice of bars and restaurants overlooking the yachts. Thereâs also some upmarket shops and a twice weekly market. From here, you can walk along the scenic coastal promenade towards the beaches and plenty more dining choices. While in this part of the island you might like to visit the stunning Papagayo Beach. Alternatively, why not hop on a ferry and spend an afternoon in Fuerteventura?
