With 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor it's a great house for family or friends sharing. The swimming pool has a solar shower, sun loungers and set in the grounds is a peaceful place to chill-out, and admire the surrounding sunflowers. A large raised terrace looks towards the pool, gardens and fields with a new sand stone table easily seating 8 for alfresco eating. There is also a large open barn for barbecuing and relaxing in the shade as well as a semi-covered table tennis room.
Indoors, the French style farmhouse kitchen has all modern appliances and a centre table and leads into the games room. A great space for everyone to come together, with a slate base pool table, baby foot and a chill-out area with wall-mounted flat screen. For those less competitive the lounge offers comfy sofas, UK TV and a cosy fireplace.
